G2P600 Under-Sink RO System, 600 GPD Tankless RO Water Filtration | 7 Stage RO Water Filtration, NSF/ANSI 372 Certified, 2:1 Pure to Drain, TDS Reduction, Under-Sink Reverse Osmosis System

We bought G2P600 on Amazon Primer Day with a huge deal. It was installed this week since we are waiting for our new countertops. It is easy and straightforward with the instructions. We compared this one with G3P600 and found out they both have the same RO system, with G3P600 is higher price because it has a reading panel shown about the parameters on the outlet tube. I think it is not needed, so we went with G2P600. The water quality is very good, it tastes with a little bit sweet flavor. From my view, it is better than the bottled water we always buy from Costco. Definitely worth it especially at Amazon Prime Day deal, so I don't need to buy water pitcher filters and no need to carry cases of bottle water any more. Highly recommended for the cooking water usage as well.

The Waterdrop G2P600 is an excellent reverse osmosis system (RO). We previously had a big tank RO but after a gallon or two it would slow down until there was just a trickle from the faucet. Then we would have to wait for the tank to refill. Having a continuous flow RO is a huge plus. And it takes up less than half the space as our old RO & tank. I had some concerns about the noise of the pump but honestly we keep it under the sink and when the doors are closed it's barely noticeable. However that we had one minor problem. There is a pause when you turn the faucet on. That momentary pause did not play well with our refrigerator ice maker. It made some loud noises. So I highly recommend if you are going to connect this RO to the refrigerator you buy the tank as well. (Waterdrop PMT Small Water Pressure Tank.) And then bleed a lot of water through the fridge to remove any potential bubbles in the line. Now there's no momentary lapse and the ice maker is quiet once again. You can see just how small the tank is compared to the RO in the attached picture. It was a very easy install and made a huge difference. Here's my water measurements in Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) measured in parts per million using the Craft911 water tester: 249 tds from the hose 324 tds from the sink (from a water softener) 34 tds from our old RO 12 tds from the G2P600 RO That's quite an improvement. Some day I'll have our water tested just to see what's actually in there and what the G2P600 is removing from the source. So I highly recommend the G2P600 and tank. This is proving to be one of my best Amazon purchases.

I read a lot of reviews before purchasing this unit and considered the more costly Delta version as well. I have to say that I am not at all disappointed- this unit is great! It provides a very nice stream of water and it is quiet...I don't understand why some reviewers complained of the noise. I can hear a faint little hum when the faucet is open and it is producing water but it is an electric appliance after all! Unlike my old RO with the small storage tank, this unit provides endless water! No more running out when you have company or need to do things that require faster production than an old RO can handle. The water tastes good too...actually has no particular taste at all. My only misgiving is that it was made in China. A few tips: Unfortunately I did have to have a plumber do this installation because of some issues with my pipes...not with the unit itself. Had my system not needed some retrofitting I think the installation would have been pretty straightforward since I was replacing an existing RO filter unit and had that piping to use as an example as well as a faucet already installed. If you were putting this in completely from scratch I think you would probably need a plumber unless you are a very savvy do-it-yourselfer. You would also have to feel comfortable cutting a hole in your countertop for the faucet. Also be aware that this does have to be plugged in to an outlet- I already had one under my sink that the garbage disposal was plugged in to so I thought I was good to go, however- when we plugged in the Waterdrop there was no power to it unless I also turned on the garbage disposal! That turns out to be because both receptacles in the outlet were turned on and off at the wall switch for the disposal. So...sadly I also had to have an electrician come and install an outlet that was not connected to the wall switch. Despite the bills from the plumber and the electrician I am very happy with this unit and would recommend it highly. I would never go back to the older type RO filter system again!!

There is lots to like about this RO unit for under the kitchen sink beginning with its compact, thin size. It fits nicely and still provides lots of room for storage. The biggest plus is the ease of filter positioning for replacement. 2 easy to remove filters that take all of a nano-second to swap out when the time comes. The faucet set that comes with the unit is also vey nice. Small, sleek and easy to operate. My water pressure is very good so I have good flow for the dog's drinking water. The water filtration also appears to be on point. It is virtually tasteless and has no odor vs our tap water which heavily smells of chlorine. Another big plus. The 4-star vs 5-star rating is the need for an electrical outlet to operate the unit. Most are without that need. I hired an electrician to place a plug specifically for this operation which is overhead. That said, once turned on, it is very quiet and the display is very straightforward. I followed the instructions to let the water run a solid 30 minutes prior to usage and that was about it for start up. Once the filters are needing replacement the visual display will flash alerting the need to swap out filters. The price was very economical, the unit appears to do what it is intended. If it were without the electrical component, it would have been a 5-star. QUESTION: What are the replacement filter order numbers?? They do not make it clear how to order the correct filters and I would like to have them on hand.

The Waterdrop G2P600 is a great unit for the price. It was so easy to install .It took me longer to remove all my stuff from under the sink than to install unit. So easy to use and the instructions were easy to follow. Also it is so quiet I never hear a sound from the unit. I have had the unit for 3 months and it's working perfectly! You can't go wrong with this model if it fills your needs.

This system was easy to install. If you have basic knowledge of this stuff it's about a 45 minute job. You will need basic tools, like a drill. We had no missing parts. The water quality is great, we have heavy chlorine and it's undetectable in the filtered water. The only drawback is that this system has to think for a few moments before giving you water. Our previous system had a storage tank so it was immediate water flow, this one takes a few moments of contemplation. Otherwise, well worth the money for good tasting water.

It has been a great solution , my tap water is so hard where I live but this unit has delivered as advertised, I was doubtful at first , but after more than a year of use there is no doubting anymore. No more bottled water. No messy installation simple to operate, it works great for me and the cartridges easy to replace.

Very good quality. I tested the water right away using a TDS meter, and the reading dropped from 157 to 4.

Si viven en México consigan otro filtro, llevo 3 meses tratando de encontrar alguno de los filtros para reemplazar, y nada, voy a terminar comprando otro pero hecho en México. El filtro es bueno aunque no perfecto, use un TDS tester y aparece un poquito café, claro no se compara con lo negro que salió con el agua directo del grifo. Saqué un video cuando lo probé pero no lo encuentro, lo subo después si lo encuentro.

Quality product so far. Setup was easy and I had it running in no time. After half hour flush. I filled up a 30 gallon aquarium. Very satisfied.

Reasonably easy to install. Very happy with the quality of water.

Works perfectly, a bit noisy but it is totally worth it. We taste the difference and my plants the pure water too.
