Love this stuff. Use for kombucha 2nd fermentation, I get the fizziness and taste I love. Trying other flavors to see what I like.

As others have mentioned the taste is a mix of berries and jam. It is a nice flavour. It is certainly a lot quicker to flavour a batch of kombucha this way than working with fresh fruit. Two things were different with my brew: I didn’t get as much carbonation and the resulting brew was a lot sweeter than my normal brew (1/3 cup booster / gallon kombucha). Both of these could be user error. I would buy this again.

I've bought a few of these and they all add such Great and full flavors in the 2nd fermentation of my home brewed Kombucha. I will be trying more of these as I continue making this great & healthy drink! I also use kombucha.com black tea for the 1st fermentation! great stuff!

I highly recommend this brand, the most natural I've found, it's perfect for flavoring your kombucha, we really love it, it's your option if you want mild or strong flavors, a glass of kombucha after dinner is the best!

We love this. It transforms ordinary black sweet iced tea ito an amazing brew.

Really don't care for the flavor. I used 2 tbs. and let it set for 2 days and had to add some juice because it was kind of bitter tasting. Not my favorite, your better off using frozen berries.
