This stylus definitely worth the money. Because I instantly noticed the sound quality improvement as soon as I replaced my older one to this Audio Techinica stylus. The installation was easy and the quality of stylus itself seems pretty good. It was a bit of money to spend but it's definitely a good product to upgrade to. I would recommend it.

Great stylus. Super easy to install on my Audio Technica turntable. Produces great sound. But replace it occasionally, per the instructions. You’ll know when it’s time to replace when even the cleanest records start sounding muddy.

I had been using the "blue" original stylus for my Audio Technica AT-31 turntable for several months now and thought I should try upgrading it to the "black" VMN95. I'm glad I did! First, AT makes it very easy to replace the stylus. A simple tilt down and a pull and the old stylus comes off. The new one is the reverse process. No tools required. As for the sound, the difference is fantastic. It's like stripping paint off of old wood to see the shiny original finish. Everything sounds more open and clear. It might not be AT's top of the line stylus as there's probably others with a longer shelf life, but for the price, it probably doesn't get much better than this.

This cartridge provided much more quality out of my vinyl records that I anticipated. It was easy to install, and it is an outstanding upgrade to the factory one.

An excellent stylus. Sounds great and is made to last. Has totally revived the sound and function of my turntable. For the sound quality, you cannot beat the price.

So this green audio-technica stylus sounds like a more stable sounding than the blue factory needle for my A-T turntable. The mid-range isn't brittle and screaming with this needle. I notice it doesnt have near as much surface noise from tracking towards the center of the album either. Its an appreciable difference. Some people say that this needle is warmer sounding than the blue stylus that comes with these budget A-T turntables. It sort of is, and isn't. There's still a fair amount of mid-range on this needle, but it doesnt sound as shrill and brittle. It sounds like more of a solid signal to send to the equalizer to work with. I'm by no means an audiophile, my hearing isn't the absolute best either. But I know enough from working with other budget equipment that this stylus produces a good signal to send to an equalizer. If you like the raw warmth of having just the RIAA eq sound from the Preamp, this needle has a pleasant sound for that as well.

I was really happy with this replacement for the broken needle I had on my angel horn turntable. I feel it had less crackles and pops and replace the OEM stylus perfectly. It just clicks into place and you’re ready to go. I honestly had no issues with it, however, the turntable stopped working correctly, so I don’t get to find out how long it lasts. I think it’s a good value performance stylus and would definitely try it again.

Works a treat. This thing arrived in perfect condition even though Amazon just threw it into an envelope. Kudos to Audio-Technica for making their packaging Amazon-proof. Snapped right into place in a jif and works perfectly. The only thing is realizing how I was compensating on diminishing returns from the previous stylus, so I had to turn my subwoofer down since I’m now getting a full dynamic range. Cannot recommend this stylus enough. I also love the black color. Take note that this is the exact same stylus as the green, just decked out for formal occasions.

It replaced the Audio-Technica AT-VMN95S stylus I had earlier. The switch was very easy. The quality of sound improved greatly, especially in complex musical pieces, which are better resolved. It is a great entry level stylus for occasional vinyl auditioning, fitted on a Denon DP21-F turntable. I also have Ortofon OM5e and 10 fitted on other systems. I find OM10 is the best out of the 3, offering more clarity and extension, but as said, sound compared on different systems altogether.

Perfeito! Minha turntable veio com a stylus azul, modelo VMN95C. Como o porta stylus dela suporta também esse modelo Verde, que oferece ainda mais definição do que o original, eu optei por esse. A troca é super fácil, depois de seguir as instruções do manual da turntable pra calibrar o braço e o contrapeso e controle de skate, toquei meus vinis sem problema e o som ficou melhor que a stylus azul original. A entrega também foi relativamente rápida, não tão rápida como eu era acostumado na Inglaterra que acontecia no próximo dia, mas demorou bem menos que plataformas como Shopee, Ali, ou MercadoLivre. Se a Amazon conseguir chegar ao mesmo patamar de serviço no Brasil que ela oferece na Inglaterra, será facilmente a empresa líder de varejo no país. E tendo o lixo do atendimento do MercadoLivre como concorrente, seria até fácil…

Substituição da primeira agulha após mais de um ano de uso, a gente vai se acostumando e acaba não lembrando como era a qualidade do som quando a agulha era nova, agora com a troca a perfeição do som retornou, ótima qualidade e produto importado do Japão.
