My Toyota loves it
I already did the review for the individual packs that I bought 3 years ago so I'll repeat it here. Toyota just really seems to love the 2 electrode platinum sparkulators. Before this I was using Bosch and they were ok, but I actually did notice a difference in my old car. Just seems smoother. I thought about iridium plugs but these along with the Denso version which for all purposes seems identical are the only two recommended and used by Toyota and since there aren't any double iridium plugs that fit this car, I didn't mess with a good thing.I should mention that my car which is pushing 300K miles has a slight oil consumption problem...not burning it exactly but it's always had a little issue so the ones I had 3 years ago only lasted about 20K-25K miles or so...they were still working but had some fuzzy burned marks on them so that's probably my car's fault but I just wanted to point out that don't ever believe the 100K mile or even 50k mile change...the most I'd ever put on any spark plug is 30k miles. What are you trying to do, save an extra $10 by pushing it another 10K miles and risk damaging your coils? bah. Just change them every 3 years and you're golden. If there are any Toyota techs out there though, I'm really curious about Denso vs NGK...I heard that in V6 cars, sometimes Toyota puts half and half!
