Better than the tablets for many reasons and worth the money. Great product
I have been taking the tablet form for many years. It is very absorbable as they are on a protein carrier which makes it available to our bodies. The capsules are more money but worth it. Why? Well it also contains vitamin D2 which makes the calcium usable too. The tablets don't have it. It is easier to swallow than the tablets for those who have trouble with horse size pills, as the tablets are. I find I don't need the full dosage so I take 4 capsules. It seems to work for me, but you will have to see how you feel. Sometimes we over dose ourselves. I have had some hard knocks with my bones and head and my bones are strong, no damage. Country Life is a good company. Spend a little more and get the newest version. If you want to see the ingredients, google this product and you will see it. I saw it on iHerb.com To your good health.

Favorite Mineral
I like this supplement since it also has Phosphorus in it. I used it along with a multi because the multi I take does not cover all the mineral I want. The capsules are easy to swallow. I have taken this product for over 4 years. 2 years ago I had a bad fall and did not break anything except the small bone under my eye. The hospital took x rays of my arms, hips and and leg. Nothing broke in the major areas. It was a very hard fall. When it is time to reorder, I remember that terrible fall and say to myself, yep.. time to get more. Plus Country Life is a very reputable company, the product comes in glass bottles.

Awesome, complete mineral supplement! Great even during pregnancy!
I've been taking these vitamins for a couple years, and I am a big fan of them. I am currently six months pregnant, and take these in addition to my prenatal vitamins to help meet my calcium, potassium, magnesium, and other mineral needs. I take them at night with a full stomach to avoid any stomach upset, and while they are quite large pills, I am able to take them even with a sensitive gag reflex during pregnancy. I like that these pills don't have any excess ingredients, soy, and use bioavailable minerals. I haven't ever had any issues taking these pills, and the only reason I'm giving these 4 stars instead of five is the large size of the pills. But they are so packed full of minerals that it is completely understandable and worthwhile to take.

Great product!
I used to have severe night cramping, in my calves especially, and severe cramps stretching in the morning upon waking. After a month of taking this product my cramping stopped. As I’ve gotten a good deal older the cramping has returned so I combine this product with coconut water (which has a great deal of potassium) and quinine (from tonic water). Again, I no longer have cramping as long as I continue to take this product.I have noticed that if I do not take this product, along with my B vitamins, my mood noticeably worsens.I love this product! These particular effects for me are personal and not meant to substitute for someone else’s medical condition treatment.

Multi Minerals . . .
A plethora of multi-vitamins tabs or caps may be obtained at a significant number of stores whereas it's not the same in regard to multi-minerals capsules. Usually I get an odd look from whomever is stocking, as though I (as opposed to them) don't quite know what I'm asking about. Nevertheless, I've used this particular brand over the years though I can't always find it. One (or two at most) might be shelved at a "health food stores" but relatively infrequent. Thus far, there's been no issue obtaining these via Amazon.

Tablet vs. Capsule
This is the capsule form of the product. It requires taking five per day to get the same mineral content as two per day of the tablet form requires. Both forms are approximately the same price, so if the size of the tablets doesn't bother you (or if you divide each tablet in half), that is by far the most cost-effective version of this product. The word "capsule" or "tablet" is indicated on the label visualized on the Amazon product description.

TABS vs CAPS - 51¢ vs 26¢ per serving
I've been using the tablet product for years and I ordered this one in error. I wasn't paying attention so I'll keep it and order correctly next time.No big deal. Except maybe it is...While 5 capsules might be easier to swallow than the 2 tablets product, the latter is a far greater value. As in half price. The 150 cap bottle has a 30 servings while the 120 tab bottle, 60.As of this posting, that's 51¢ versus 26¢ per serving. The 120 count product is ASIN B0001VUZAI.The mineral formulas are the same except the caps have vitamin D added while the tabs have niacin. As a point of interest and Country Life marketing oddity, the Total Mins product having iron, ASIN B00020IK2I, has no vitamin(s) at all and adds MSM, a sulfur. As well as some minerals have slightly different values, i.e. 225mcg selenium vs 100. So if you can handle or want iron, check its label and make a decision to that end. (I take the Ferrochel® iron as sold in Now's 18mg product, ASIN B000WQDD2O, as I consider it to be superior to Total Min's generic but OK iron.)
