Works great in my Neptune 3 pro
Was a little worried with some of the reviews about the nozzle tip sizes being inconsistent. My pack of tips came with a sticker to verify their authenticity, no issues they’re they are all uniform. Ran it through about 4 hours of printing no issues. I’m very pleased with the quality of the prints. The only weird thing is that it’s not flat on all sides like the factory tips so you’ll have to carefully use a set of pliers to install these steel tips. So far so good no complaints, definitely worth the $

They were ok.
For the price you can’t ask for too much. They were doing the job, but I felt that they were getting clogged easy. Good for spare backup.

It says it's 0.4 and I gauged with a 0.4 nozzle needle - right on spec
I noticed reviews stating that there were manufacturing burrs that caused clogs and that the nozzles were not 0.4. I believe that the latter complaint refers to the drawing in one of the photos showing the OUTSIDE of the nozzle diameter was 0.4. This is a marketing mistake. I gauged all 10 of these and they are dead on the money! I also under magnification looked for burrs and found none. Out of an abundance of caution I used the other end of the cleaning needle to move up and down the bore in case magnification missed something and saw nothing. They are clean. Looking forward to starting to print some material enhanced filaments with this. In the grand scheme of things (the cost of building a printer and buying filaments) this is a great value. UPDATE: Now that I have quite a few prints under my belt using these awesome nozzles (using regular PLA, Performance PLA, PLA Wood, and PLA PRO+ (Hatchbox), I am not sure I want to go back to cheap brass nozzles. I have printed small precision parts and larger parts sliced with Prusa Slicer 2.5.0 for Mac and have nothing but Kudos for these. No clogging, no jams, and no adverse behavior at all. If I could give this 5 stars + I would. Hope this helps dispel the myths other users have experienced. I would buy them again when I need them or even stock up on some in an additional size.

Good nozzles.
Nozzles work fine on my Ender 3 printer. Bought these because I was tired of the regular brass nozzles having extrusion issues. These seem to be working fine so far.

Excellent
I’ve printed about 1.5kg of high temp carbon pla blend (very abrasive), 1kg of Glow (slightly abrasive), and probably near 4-5kg of regular old PLA and it still looks/functions like brand new. They are a direct replacement for the stock ender nozzle. Some people complain about quality control, so maybe I lucked out, but I’m also going to order another 5 just to have on hand and see. I also did NOT have to adjust any hot end temps as some have mentioned, again maybe I’m just lucky, but all in all I really like these nozzles. I Have had very bad experience with some other brands that printed fine for a day and then just clogged and jammed and clogged and jammed but these have been mint! Was skeptical due to the low price, but like w many brand name items, half the cost is just the name.

These work great for abrasive filament
This install pretty easily. The only "gotcha" is that there are only two flats on the nozzle instead of being a hex shape. This means that your wrench only goes on two ways, and you can't really use a socket to tighten the nozzle. It has been working great for a bunch of glow in the dark prints that I have done though. I haven't tried any fiber infused filament though. I didn't need to make any changes to the temperature to get it to print well.

Overall poor nozzle
I took a chance on these despite some of the bad reviews, that was a mistake. I’m glad I only wasted $7 on these. I had just bought a new print head for my Elegoo Neptune 3, and added one of these nozzles to the setup before it was installed on the machine. The nozzle performed so poorly I thought my new head was faulty. Clogging, terrible extrusion, I couldn’t even get a good brim down on any print. Changed back to brass and it was like a new machine. I don’t believe any amount of temperature increase or print speed adjustment could get these to work. I tried two back to back with the same result. I honestly don’t know how anyone says they are getting good results with these. The lack of a traditional hex is also a poor design choice.

Takes some tinkering
I bought these for my glow in the dark filament, as it's a tad more abrasive than generic pla. However, I would recommend adjusting your printing temperature to compensate for the heat loss in your print. Overall, as long as you have the experience to work with different filaments, I definitely recommend keeping some of these handy for your ender 3 printer .
