I was so confused by all the advertisements and reviews! I had no real clue as to which seat was going to be like the factory option. This is the one. HARDWARE is included. The seat is about 40 pounds and is WELL built. I could not be happier!! UPDATE: i HAVE DETERMINED THAT I NEED A TEMPLATE TO ASSIST IN THE PLACEMENT OF THE SEAT. If it had the template or one was available this would be the perfect seat purchase. It is not included nor have I been able to get any response from customer service when I requested one.

Good seat almost like factory Deere no seat belt or brackets and no bolts and braces made in turkey hope it holds up but just takes a common 3/8 carriage bolt easy to get at hardware store very pleased so far especially the price
