Very low water outflow
Water outflow is so slow can’t use shower, and some thing wrong with the product design itself as have got 2 and problem with both of them, no issue with my water piping as they are installed in place of old geyser which didn’t have this issue, customer care of Havells and Amazon both of not much help

Good product.
Got at an amazing price if ₹5640. With the help of a ₹1000 coupon and a limited time discounted price. Good product but making some sound at the end of heating water completely. Installation was free. Did not check power consumption yet. Taking nearly 15-20 minutes to heat water completely.

third class installation
I don't have a problem with the geyser as such but I was really un-happy with the installation. I was charged 500 extra for pretty things... 1. pulling down my old 3 liter geyser 2. joining wires 3. extra 1 meter wire.The technician did a shoddy job. Did not even provide proper insulation in the wire joints. Money minded . I am calling my electrician now to fix it.Didn't expect this from Havells ref no: 1810206764675.

Complete Overall Review with Key Points.
Giving HAVELLS QUATRO a 5 star rating. But the seller has mentioned a wrong specification that is of the water tank. It comes under a WARRANTY of 5 year but the seller has mentioned it as 7 year, that's why giving it a 4 star. Purchased it for 8,999 (25 Litre). Overall performance of the product is Reliable, all thanks to HAVELLS. Some key points for it are-•It's quite thick in comparison to the cylindrical geyser.•Don't worry for installation, it's free of cost and is done by Havells Technician.•Outlet water pressure might get reduced if the water tank is not at sufficient height.•I can't find any indicator for real-time hotness as mentioned.•Water Tank Warranty: 5 Years not 7 Years*.•Also, You can register your product with Havells by visiting HavellsConnect* to avail the warranty and you can also request installation with the same.#I advice you to go through its details mentioned at Havells India official site for correct specifications. Hope this review helps you in making a decision to purchase or not. I was also searching for this type of review before purchasing but didn't found one, so posted this review. 💯

Awesome product
Most beautiful design from Havells, it comes with elcb fitted plug which ensures extra safety to the users. Heats the water within in 5 to 10 min.

Amazon is deceiving customers
The product is good and is working fine, but Amazon is deceiving users in broad daylight.The product page on Amazon says in bold letters that the product has 7 years of warranty on Tank and free flexi pipes, but the product warranty sheet says 5 years of warranty on tank. Engineer from Havells confirmed that the product has 5 years of warranty. This is absolutely ludicrous.Amazon support representative said he could only get the product returned and money refunded after accepting the anomaly, when I have already got it installed at my residence and paid overhead charges to my plumber for additional installations. I should have been given some sort of recompense in the form of Amazon Pay or additional warranty option for this fiasco. Rather, they just say they understand my concern but cannot do anything. Made a mistake using Amazon for this purchase. Very disappointed with how Amazon is handling this matter post purchase.

Buy anything but never this product
Right from the very first day, the Geyser makes a frightening rumbling noise when it is kept turned on and hot water is being dispensed out of it. Raised two Service Requests, which were closed on either occasion sharing this is absolutely normal. I have been using Storage Geysers for over a decade now and even my oldest geyser still does not have this problem. If the technicians are to be belived then the product has a "Design Flaw" & if the technicians have been lying then it has to be said that Havell's has outsourced its "After Sales Service" to absolute thugs and cheats.

Good product, value for money from Amazon diwali sale, works properly
Amazon delivery was on time.Product packaging by manufacturer is quite dependable for transport.Installation was quick and simple with help of electrician.Comes with valve, inlet and outlet pipes and Wall bracket and manual in box.Size of 15 litres geyser is fairly decent, does not stretch out far outside wall, so good for modern homes with smaller bathrooms. Square shape also saves space for those with lower ceilings.Tested geyser after installation, on low medium and highest settings. Water heats within 15 minutes.Refills quickly if you have a good water flow in your house.Comes with a fuse box attached to the plug wire, which is a good to have.Wire cable is about 2 feet, which sould be sufficient in a small urban bathroom.Design and colour are simple, and does not look too loud or prominent, if you like that. If you like something with a better design Andris line of geysers are goodOverall, happy with the product
