Good product, needs better packaging
Would have given this 5 stars but for the packaging. The outer packet had small tears from which yeast was coming out. Though it was double-packed, even the inside plastic had tears and I had yeast on the countertop even before opening the packet. The "cut here" mark is right on top of the resealable strip (this isn't a make or break for me, but something the packaging design team could look into). I couldn't find the date of packaging and expiry/best before dates either. Other than that, the product is good. It's only fair to point out, that I used it to make gluten-free bread, without gum, guar, eggs etc and it still turned out very well, thanks to the yeast.
