Tweezerman Neon 4-in-1 File, Bluff, Smooth & Shine Block

I have been trapped for months in the cycle of “my nails are super yellow because I keep them painted but then I paint them because they look yellow and gross if I don’t”. I tried this buffer for the first time and oh em gee. My nails are pink again!!! There is still a tiny bit of staining on my thumb you can see in the pic but it’s like I have brand new nails! And the shine!!! 😍 the pic doesn’t do it justice. My husband and I both keep admiring and commenting on how amazing my bare nails look. This product is easy to use and the results are amaze balls!! 10 out of 10 would buy again (except it comes with so may replacement pads I might not need to for a while!)

I ordered this 5 years ago and still have replacement pads left. My dog ate the block so I need a new one. I love this system. It’s easy to use, works great, and the pads last a long time. I’ve not had any issues changing them out, very easy to do.

I question the decision to make this product in neon. I dont find it attractive, but more importantly, it leaves some colored residue on the nail as you file. It did come off, but I'd rather not have neon pink powder coming off as I use it. The block is large, easy to hold and with a lot of surface area. All 4 surfaces are different, and each is labelled. (Some blocks have 4 sides but all 4 are the same). I was sceptical that the replacements would stic, but so far they've stuck pretty well. There are a decent number of replacements, so while the initial price is higher, it's a good value.

Update: it has been about six months, and this is the first time I've had to change the "pads" on each side of the file. It was super easy to do. Each piece just peeled off and it was simple to reapply them. In addition to the new ones I just applied, I still have three sets of replacement pads. If each lasts similarly to the first set, this nail file/buffer still has two or more years of life to it. It's definitely an awesome purchase! Original review: This is a nice product. As you can see from my picture, it comes with the block to file your nails and four replacement pads. I have used mine several times (about every week, for a few months) and it has barely worn down. That's darn good for a nail file/buffer that's pretty inexpensive. It's fairly easy to buff your nails with. I'd recommend this product.

I've bought many DIY manicure products over the years and have a stash of my favorite tools. I realized the ones I liked best all say Tweezerman, so I thought... maybe I'll spend a little more on a buff block that I normally pay $3 max for. It's so cool that you can replace the sides you wear down most as you need to rather than replace the whole block when one side is trashed. But... It also works better. A few passes with each side and my fingernails look like the surface of water. It is so well made, that I can use it minimally to avoid wearing my nail thin and still get an awesome result. Twice the price, three times as nice... at least.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this product! My nails look amazing, it is cheaper and has better quality compared to others, and it comes with replacements.

This product is fantastic... and can last forever. I find this perfect, and bought a lot of products that were not half as good. I had seen other reviews ....people please this is "only to file natural nails", not your gel, dip, acrylic nails!!! I have had two sets of these, my mother gave me the first years ago and I never had mine fall apart. The color does NOT transfer to my nails. It just buff's them nicely. Do not buff your nails if they are super wet with nail polish remover. This is only wonderful for natural nails, buy other products when you put stuff on your nails. Enjoy.

I used to love these. They were so useful because you can replace the strips on the four different sides as they wear but the last two I purchased were horrible. You're supposed to be able to peel off the worn pad and replace it with a brand new one but the last two I bought have obviously been manufactured at lower standards. First, you can't pull off the old strip without damaging the surface of the bar underneath and then the replacement strip doesn't adhere properly. What a disappointment and waste of money.

It's been a few years that I've had this. It last a long time if you use it seldomly ( I use it like every two to three months). Have yet to buy new strips. The pack comes with quit a lot of extra strips, and being able to only change one side as needed is so much less wasteful than buying a new block. I have yet to buy more strips! I will say, the pink strip is horrible. You might as well invest in a glass nail file as it won't damage your nails as much. Asides for that, it's great and as advertised.

Really handy all in one nail block. Files, smooth ridges and shines all in one. The replacement pads are great too. My MIL borrowed and liked it so much I bought one for her too
