WWE 2K20 Deluxe Edition - Xbox One

There's a glitch in the game it freezes. Not as good as I thought it would be

We get a wrestling every year and my son loves this one

Like the game, but the game did not come new. Case was broken, and not sealed. Bad shipping.

As someone who works in development - I've seen the reviews and videos a bit in advance. Though, I find sometimes glitches can be grossly exaggerated and felt the game had a very good roster. I was surprised to see Chyna in a game after all of these years (think it's been since 2000) and wanted to pick it up. First, I purchased the game and associated DLC from Microsoft as a digital download to Xbox.The game would randomly crash/make screeching noises (across Xbox) in the middle of a match, downloading something from the creations store, or would have DLC vanish/disappear. I had troubleshot the app/uninstalled it - it still kept reacting strangely. I couldn't also play any matches with over 5 wrestlers - it would immediately crash. Title belts would disappear or glitch during entrances - and mid-match interruptions would freeze or significantly lag the game into unplayability for a restart. I had contacted Microsoft regarding this and they had actually even declined my refund..so first advice is, absolutely do not buy a digital copy of you're stuck with it.I bought a physical copy for a cousin of mine who absolutely loves the SmackDown originals (The Rock, Hulk Hogan, Chyna, etc.) but I couldn't give this to him knowing how unplayable it is! I returned it. It's such a shame really because I think they hit home in a few ways with the roster, though I also did notice they lacked in others (i.e. no special Kane, 10 duplicates of the same wrestler but removed Chris Jericho and other common legends). I also acknowledge this is the first year that Yukes had shifted off their contract for making WWE games and there was a new studio responsible..more like yikes.Save your money - or buy WWE 2k19. It has a solid roster, gameplay is near perfect, really minimal bugs/glitches (especially compared to 2k20..), and the CAW download store is phenomenal. Some people put so much delicate work into amazing CAWs that they seem like part of the real game/were just a free DLC. WWE 2k20 creations is terrible - everything is glitchy, parts vanish, hair vanishes during entrances..it's just a very/freaky glitch of a developer nightmare that was released as a game.
