Royal Mail got package wet
Flour arrived with apology from Royal Mail - they got outer package wet. Fortunately the seller wrapped bags in bubble wrap so they were protected and ok. Would be 5 stars but for price.

Unbeatable value and quality
I've recently ordered two lots of this and all I've done is bake loads following all my South African recipes and the results are outstanding compared to if I used regular plain or self raising flour. I've even made my precious roti. Unbeatable value and quality. Only issue I have is the bb date being may so 3kg flour has got to be used quite quickly. Other than that delivery service was amazing and very reasonable price for 3kg.
