Its a big mug not titchy.
Prompt and lady delivery driver was so well mannered. Item had a tiny chip at the base but we Glaswegians just love our Chips. My mate has had a bit of bad luck recently so i thought i'd cheer him up with a mug to remember his daughter by.He loved it although he is a Man U fanatic.Brothers be for all that. 🙂

Christmas present but slightly cracked during delivery
Evening was sine and loved thr personalised aspect but took the shine off ot with the tiny chip/crack.
