Customer service has been excellent. Set up phone no problem. It works well and used the device online no problems.

This tablet is very laggy. The battery doesn't last long for me and the picture quality is poor. My kids' fire tablet that was around $60 works and looks better than this tablet.Update: Tablet won't hold a charge. Got in late April 2021. Didn't even last four complete months.

I love my tablet , it's easy to handle and lightweight

Bought this to play Android games that my grand daughter got me hooked on. Works better than running them on the PC. unit is light, but sturdy, works well. Screen is bright and crisp. Only reason I don't gave it 5 stars is because their customer service is non existent. They include a business card in the package that asks me to activate the warranty. Went to their website, and it tells me they can't find my order number. Sent them two emails about a week apart, and still have not received any communication from them at all. Everything in the bundle works, but I dread the day something doesn't and I have to try and get in touch with them. On a side note, the search engine, and suggestions are in Chinese.

I loved that this came with case, keyboard, mouse, stylus pen and USB cords for each. The tablet is thin and sleek.

The tablet is a decent value for what it includes in the package. The interface of the system is responsive, but not seamlessly. The viewable screen is not 10.1 inches, It is less then that. If used for gaming, it functions reasonable. It is definitely great for news apps such as the wall street journal. Download speeds even with high speed networks is fair but not as good as some higher end tablets. Streaming content is good but it has its moments with speed. I would not give it more then 3 stars. It's a fair tablet and a reasonable price value for what you get.

I love it I use to for my games and to watch movies

This tablet is super slow. I've literally been trying to download an app for more than a few moments and it's not snappy. Now I gotta spend time to return this tablet. Such a let down.
