Best quality hydration mix I’ve found. Good ingredients for the price. Tastes great. FYI - Takes a minute to dissolve if the water is very cold so just give it a minute then shake it up! So glad they make a kids version now!

One of the best electrolyte powders out there. I love that the salt comes from the USA. My husband is a contractor and was having horrible muscle cramps at night, this has dramatically decreased the number of cramps and helped his sleep. I have POTS and this mix has really helped with my symptoms, way less time spent on the floor wondering if I’m going to faint. The lemon lime is my favorite flavor and it tastes pretty clean. No strange chemical taste. Price of the drink is better than other brands of electrolytes with this level of sodium. I have ordered it 17 times and don’t plan on stopping.

I got it for my mom originally who is new to electrolytes and she hated it- i used the rest and loved it! I went into it knowing the key ingredient was the Redmond salt and coconut water powder so I really enjoyed it. You can see the beautiful salt crystals and minerals and really taste it too- which I actually enjoyed! It feels like a very natural drink with no junk in it so I feel good about natural hydration. The lemon lime was okay- I’m just not a lemon lime person and would have preferred a watermelon or berry flavor but it wasn’t bad for being a flavor I don’t like. I have another high end brand in my cupboard apple cider flavored and can’t even choke it down without getting nauseous, so this was a welcomed hand-me-down.

We love Re-Lyte! Their flavors are all really good (our favorites being Strawberry Lemonade and Lemon Lime), and it's got way more salt for less money than other brands like LMNT. I hemorrhaged giving birth to both my kids, and there was a huge difference in my recovery with my second because I drank Re-Lyte every day! I had so much more energy more quickly, and had a really consistent and full milk supply because I was so hydrated! It was night and day from my first. Now of course there are always going to be other differences in postpartum experiences (age you are when you have your child, amount you're sleeping, whether you have postpartum anxiety/depression or not, etc.), but I'd say mine were both pretty similar besides being 3 years older with my second and drinking Re-Lyte. And being older would usually point to having a more difficult postpartum, and my second was actually better! I really do credit drinking this electrolyte mix with a lot of help in that area.

Liquid IV is an expensive habit isn't it? I struggle to drink water, which sucks because I need to for certain medications I take (to avoid side effects). Then I found Liquid IV, my problems were solved, annnnd then I realized I'm spending an average of $1.75 a drink (12-16oz). That's not sustainable at all. It's so dang good but just nowhere near worth the cost. This product (I now have a subscription so it's ever so slightly cheaper) costs an average of $0.69 a drink (16-20oz). Wow. When I had liquid IV, I used one per 16oz, with this product, I find the flavor to my satisfaction at 3/4 of a scoop for 16oz. (If I'm doing a full scoop it's with more like 18-20 oz of water, I circled this in comparison to their suggestion on one of my images). This ratio gives me 75 servings versus the advertised 60 so it's actually $0.55 a drink. Liquid IV assuming 50 servings a month (how much I had-ish) would equate too $88 a month versus $28 a month for this product. ($1050 a year versus $330) And I bet I drink this more than most people would lol so it's just so much more cost effective. For the price differential I expected to HATE these, but honestly it's super similar to the lemon lime flavor of the sugar free Liquid IV. It takes ever so slightly more effort to dissolve and the little salt pieces that I tried to capture in that video don't really entirely dissolve. It's slightly saltier and very flavorful which is why I prefer slightly slower scoops it makes it perfect for me. It's honestly really good and goodness gracious so much freaking cheaper. The salt crystals at the end aren't that satisfying so when it gets to that last tiny bit left in the cup I honestly just dump it. That or drink it, keep my mouth open, take a swig of water, rinse, and just spit it out like you would mouthwash. Only complaint is the last part of the drink. Besides that I simply just can't justify spending so much anymore, with how pleasantly surprised I was with the quality and cost saving. If you're here looking for the best lemon lime sugar free drink money can possibly buy, those crystals may be a dealbreaker, which is why I gave it 4 stars. Still super respectable though! Definitely recommend a bottle like I showed in the pictures, it makes this so much faster than stirring it! But for my fellow Liquid IV Fein's, it's easily 5 stars and will save your pockets hella bank. Thank me later😛

I have enjoyed the Redmond line of electrolyte replacement powders. Lemon Lime has been my favorite. Not too tart nor too sweet. You'll notice occasional grittiness in your bottle if you don't mix well but it's no problem for me.

I drink electrolytes due to side effect of preventing dehydration due to taking Zepbound. If i don't drink them my sodium levels become to low. I use to take individual packets but are too costly otherwise. I compared cost of cost Re-Lyte a better value. Most importantly the nutrition value compared to and other ones. The flavor I like too compared to other ones so thats the best bonus.

These lemon and lime electrolytes are a personal favourite. Love the zesty taste of salty margarita, without being overly sweet. While priced higher than some alternatives, they do offer a significant sodium content.

I switched from LMNT….recommended!

The mango flavour was out of stock so i decided to try the lemon lime and it feels much more refreshing and obviously still has the amazing hydration effects you get from the product. It has changed my life for the better, I routinely start my mornings with a scoop and it has been AMAZING. Every single human on this planet should take hydration seriously and this product is a premium solution to your hydration.
