NOW Foods Progesterone Cream Liposomal Lotion, 3 oz Cream

Doesn't smell bad. I am 53yo, and when I couldn't get rid of my breast tenderness, I started using 2x per day. I think I was on estrogen overload, and was also getting my period. The 2x/day helped eliminate the breast pain, so I can now jog, and am no longer getting my period. BTW I also use "Soothe Stress", a product that I got from a book I read called The Hormone Shift to help get in hormonal balance.Update: Soothe Stress changed their product, so I began using Life Flo 7-Keto DHEA with this product in the am only. The 5 days that I'm off both creams I can't wait to get back on. I seem less bloated- I am 119lbs. and see a visible difference on/off.

It really helped my mood swings and PMS symptoms. Skin is clearer also. You just have to make sure you useit on the right days so it can get everything running in sync like it should. Certain ages require more or less product. Such as menopausal women need it more than younger women like me because im 35 and just need a lil help.

This product is exactly what I was looking for, definitely effective and helped me tons. My only complaint is its hard to tell when you're running low, other than that it is wonderful.

I've been using this for a month. I'm menopausal, and I bought this thinking it would help my night sweats and hot flashes. It has NOT. I'm so disappointed! I had bought a second bottle thinking it just needed to get into my system like most things, but after a month, no luck. I'm glad it worked for most. It's not working for me.

I use this alongside my prenatal vitamins to help maintain a healthy pregnancy. I can't confirm if my good progesterone levels are directly connected to using the cream, but my numbers haven't dropped even with a fertility condition. I use it moreso for peace of mind.The only thing I don't like is the smell. It reminds me of cooked carrots. A little nauseating, but we'll attribute that to pregnancy and call it a day.

I hate the worst cramps from my Endometriosis for 9 years. I'm talking about what felt like hours on hours of labor pain and throwing up. This cream is great! The pump is much easier than other kinds that you have to measure yourself, and it has a really nice very subtle scent to it. Can't beat the price either.
