Decently solid machine, but horrible firmware and software. Stops communicating 5 minutes into a project (and it’s 100% not the computer. I’ve run 16 hr prints before on my 3D printer… no issues). It randomly drops communications over USB within 5 minutes every time (sometimes 30 seconds!). I don’t recommend this product at all until they use or fix a the controller!

The assembly instructions need some work, and the included software has a pretty steep learning curve if you are a beginner to CNC/CAD/CAM like me. Great build quality, but if you mount the clamps the way they are shown in the provided photo, you WILL scratch and gouge your table. My unit also did not sit flat, but was fixed easily with a file.But for the price, this is exactly what I wanted.After a ton of shopping it seems like this is the perfect benchtop cnc mill. I just wish I hadn't looked at the instructions.

It works but I’m having a hard time trying to find patterns that are already converted so I can use this machine. If I could use other software with it like Easel this would be great.
