Great Customer Service
A really nice cargo basket. Very happy with this. I will say the customer service on this item was amazing. The first one I got had a bend in the tubbing where it connects together. I got in contact with the seller sent some pictures and within a day they had the process of the replacement product on the way. Extremely happy with the customer service. Very easy to put together probably took 30 minutes to assemble. It also seems very sturdy. Couldn't tell any noise for it after putting it on my cross bars. Definitely roomy for things to be put in it.

Cannot install in the other direction
Seems sturdy. Easy to install. My only improvement would be to include installation accessories that will allow the basket to be turned and mounted in the other direction as well.

Easy set up
This worked perfect on our trip. Just what we needed for some extra storage for dry bags. With clothes and blankets and pillows, it's a good, strong unit only took an hour to set up and install on my 2022 Jeep gladiator No complaints

great basket
put this on my jeep needed a short size to clear my roof top tent, works really good and built nice. air damn is good not much if any wind noise. the mounts suck but do work good and dont come loose any. i just dont like how bulky the mounts are but you could find a better mount for them as i will be.

Tight fit onto the footing
For an inexpensive cargo cage this worked pretty well. The only trouble was the slot where it's supposed to rest in its plastic brace to hook onto your rails was too small on one foot. I had to cut it open more and really push on the cage to get it to fit into its slot

Rust
Have gotten other products from this company and have been happy with them until i received this as a gift.... Rusted and looks bad, not happy at all!
