No they do not have bells or jingle. Make sure you order plenty. I ordered 2 packs. 2 broken clips in 1 pack & 3 in the other. They were a huge hit at the 2 parties I went to. I also added battery powered lights

Do these come in a box? They're a gift.

Yes! They come in a gift box. The bags must have been older packaging used, now all of them come in boxes.

Can you wear in hair on head? I have straight hair.

Yes. They clip in with little claw-like clips. The kind that clip in little girl’s hair.
