Waterdrop RF10 Water Filter Replacement for Waterdrop 10UA/10UB/10UB-B

I've used this system for a few years, and it has been wonderful. Recently, the mechanism was redesigned, which caused some issues with the new filter compared to the old system. However, the team at Waterdrop is amazing. Becky helped me out tremendously and was able to resolve my issue rapidly. I received a new filtration system within a few days after reporting the issue and was able to install it in minutes, restoring powerful water flow. Amazing product with an amazing team.

Easy to install and gets the job done.

Have been using this water filter, no issues, does the work. Water has no flavor.

Been using this for more than a year on water in 55 year old pipes on the worst PUD in Washington. Works great. Easy to install, has a times up alarm and the water doesn't taste like sipping 3 day old rainwater out of a rusty Datsun fender anymore.

Easy to put, and the water tastes very rich, you do not feel the taste of heavy metals or chlorox, it is my 2nd purchase that is changed every year. If I recommend it. Thank you.

Really like these easy to install under sink filters. They help filter most all chemicals and improve the taste of our city water. They last a long time but wish there was a way to determine amount of water passing through filter to determine when the filter needs changed.

I purchased this item for a 2nd time, was very happy with the 1st order. On 2nd order there was an issue with it before the year was up, so I called Water Drop customer service and spoke with Mike A. He was so kind and very helpful. He knew exactly what to say and do for me, again very helpful and kind and patient. He was able to ship me a New one and my order was rec'd and is now working great. I really like this product and will purchase again. Thanks again Mike A for all of your help

Easy installation and maintenance

Water tastes great after installing

I’m very happy with this water replacement filter. It was easy to install, fits perfectly, and works exactly as expected. The water tastes fresh and clean, and the filter provides great value for the price. The quality feels reliable, and replacing the old filter was quick and hassle-free. Overall, a great product that I would happily recommend to anyone looking for a dependable replacement water filter. I would definitely buy it again!
