I was disappointed because for some odd reason I just assumed it would be 45lbs. After research it’s about 25lbs. It’s a beautiful bar but isn’t what I wanted. I would personally still buy this in addition to what I actually wanted so if you’re looking for a light bar this is a good buy.

I attempted to cancel this order on 3 separate occasions with no luck, the order took over two months to arrive and I had already replaced it by the time it got here. They won’t let you cancel this item, even after the delivery date changed several times. The customer support was plainly awful. The clips on the bar also don’t hold very tight. That all being said, the one saving grace of this product is that the bar is indeed quite sturdy, most one inch bars are rated for 250lbs, I deadlifted 430 off the floor with this bar with minimal bending, however the inability to have the clips stay tight makes me not want to use it for squats.

I was anxious after purchase since the reviews noted numerous problems with delivery or bar never showing after ordering....I got it through Prime and it came in two days.I wanted a 25lb 5ft bar for smaller weight. I have a 45lb 7ft but wanted something small but could do deadlifts with. This was perfect. Nice bar, excellent quality and probably better than my 2 Body Solid brand bars.

This bar is the best product out there, not just for the quality but for the value as well. We needed a 6’ bar to go with our new bench in our home gym. This is perfect! Our 6’ weight bar weighs 25#’s. The dimensions in between the sleeve collars is approximately 49”. This bar is rated for up to 700#’s!! Not only was it the least expensive option out there, it is the best quality I could find!! Shop no more, you’ve found your next weight bar!!

I’m new to barbells, so I didn’t want to spend a lot. Ordered the 5-foot (60-inch) as an Amazon Warehouse deal, only $59, and am very pleased with this bar. The sleeves rotate on brass bearings, and the bar, although 2 feet shorter than the official Olympic spec, is long enough for a beginner planning on light use. The bar grip is wide enough for me , although I’m sure it would not be adequate for someone looking for serious weight training. It’s also about one-third the price of a full-spec 7-foot Olympic bar.The 5-foot bar weighs 24-1/2 pounds. I have a few Olympic weight plates I use with an existing bench/exercise machine, I’ll use those plates on the bar, with a total weight of about 100 pounds. While this isn’t much, it’s a lot more than the twin 25-lb dumbbells I’ve been using. If and when I start bench pressing over 100 pounds I’ll consider buying more weight plates and upgrading this bar.If I get into weight training this bar will quickly prove inadequate, but for now it’s an inexpensive way to try out using a barbell. Many weight sets come with 300 pounds of weights, I have no expectation of ever wanting or needing that much weight.One note: Many reviewers are complaining about long delivery times, late, or non-deivery. One tip is to click on the seller to check the seller rating, if it’s below about ninety-five percent that’s an indication that the seller is unreliable and should be avoided. I’ve always had good luck with any Amazon Warehouse deal. Also, avoid any brand-new sellers with little or no buying history.

This bar holds 400 lb easily. I bought this Sporzon 1 inch 6 ft bar for home gym, and wanted to test it before workout, because most other commercial 1 inch bar has maximum limit of 250 lb. Though this bar claims to have 700 lb limit, I tested it only up to 400 lb weight. I loaded the bar with 400 lb for 5 minutes (pic attached). Though I was scared initially but for my surprise this bar easily held 400 lb. That’s a great feature for any 1-inch bar. Though I will recommend everyone to test it yourself before loading with such huge weight. This review is to only share my experience with this bar. Thanks.

Received first bar in a flimsy cardboard tube. The barbell had burst through both ends of the packaging causing significant damage to both ends of the bar. Amazon put through an order for a replacement bar for me.I received the second bar in the same flimsy cardboard tube but with some thin bubble wrap taped around it. Again the barbell broke through both ends of the tube and was damaged on both ends. Amazon offered a partial refund which I accepted and was happy with.This was until I tested the bar. There is NO WAY that these bars are rated for 700lb. I set this bar up in my squat rack and loaded 220lb on it (8x25 + 2x10, all the plates I currently have). Put some collars on after the plates, stepped back, and was very disappointed. 220lb caused a permanent bend in the bar, enough that plates could slip off the ends without the collars on. It's now going back for a full refund. I wouldn't trust this bar to lift 150lb, nevermind 700lb.If you're buying this bar thinking you're getting a deal on a high weight rated standard bar, you are seriously better off buying whatever cheap spinlock bar you can get your hands on.

I’m working out at home and it feels like I’m at the gym with this 7 ft long 2 inches diameter 44 lbs Olympic barbell! Bench press, deadlift, row, hip thrust, I’ve loaded it up to 300 lbs. Comfortable grip, the plates slide smoothly when loading, no paint or metal chipping off. Quick delivery, in pristine condition. This one-piece bar is an essential upgrade from my three-piece bar. Amazing!

Great bar. Weighed it and it's exactly right. Decent price, especially compared to what's out there right now. I would highly recommend.Only thing I caution you about...measure your squat rack. I ordered the six foot bar, which is way big enough... however the distance between the stoppers where the plates butt up against. Basically a waste for me because the stoppers are the exact spot when my pegs come out of the squat rack. So cannot use it.Will be a floor deadlift bar i guess.

This barbell has been great. There’s only one problem: the knurling (the machine cut etched grip area on a bar) starts at both ends but doesn’t come in far enough. That means on closer grip lifts, my hands are on a very smooth surface. Feels like it could slip. I’ve tried tennis handle wrap and don’t love it. Might try some of that etched medical tape.The etched grip part extends 8” from each end and there’s about 28” in the middle that’s just smooth.

J'hésitais beaucoup à me procurer une barre, considérant le prix et le fait que je ne la vois pas en commandant en ligne. Mais je ne regrette pas du tout mon achat! Excellent rapport qualité/prix! C'est dans le moins cher que j'ai trouvé, avec livraison incluse, et la qualité est parfaite. La barre ne pèse pas 45 lbs, mais en connaissance de cause, il suffit d'ajuster les poids qu'on rajoute et c'est parfait. La barre était bien emballée, reçue en bon état et elle semble solide. Nous avons testé avec 2 plates de 45 et tout va comme ça devrait. Bref, n'hésitez pas!
