Absolutely Excellent Paddle!
This paddle is rock solid. I bought it after I returned another paddle that was mis-advertised. It goes together easily, has no wobble, feels nice on your hands. I paddled for 1 hour today and with this paddle my average speed was higher than usual by .3 mph. I love the clamp style. This thing is simple and built to last. And amazingly, it weighs 1.8 pounds on my bathroom scale. Some notes and reactions to other reviews:1. I love that this paddle has a tiny triangle on the upper clamp so you can line it up with the height marks to ensure that your top grip is aligned properly (not twisted)2. In case there is any doubt, the proper direction to use this paddle is with the logo facing FORWARD when you paddle (look up proper paddle position on any site to make sure you have it right)3. One person used tape to tighten, another person lost the nut when loosening. :( Neither of these were necessary. If the clamp doesn't grip tight enough to prevent twist, then open the clamp all the way and spin it 1 full turn clockwise, then close it. If it's too tight to assemble, you can reverse this process, but this is most likely not needed since this just came from the QA line at the factory where they just had it assembled. Keep an eye on the nut if you are worried about it, you can see the screw and how far it is into the nut. Guess what? If you turn too many times, that nut will fall off. This isn't necessary. I adjusted my top clamp to be 1 turn tighter than when it arrived. Results - no wobble, totally stable, rigid and responsive.4. One person complained about the size of the top clamp getting in the way when they were changing hands. (??) This clamp is superb, it's just the right size. No bigger than any other paddle I have had. 1 hour session today, not one issue with the clamp getting in the way.5. One person said that it is perhaps a bit "hard on the hands". This is definitely NOT a padded paddle. I personally like the texture more than any other paddle I have had. It's not sticky, it's not slippery. It's perfect. It slides easy when you need to, doesn't slide at all when a little pressure is applied. If it bothers your hands (doesn't bother mine), this will likely go away after some use and some hand strength. If not, get a padded paddle, which adds a lot of weight and makes the response a little more mushy.

This paddle is great but has some minor design and quality issues
It was about time I replaced the stock paddle that came with my SUP so I decided to get the carbon handle version of this one. It comes in three pieces, is light, sturdy, and easy to paddle with. It floats well and does everything you can ask for in a paddle. I'm docking it a star because the top camp closure on my paddle is loose, so the grip tends to rotate around. This could be easily fixed by adding some tape to the handle tube, also the clamp on the lower section is kind of clunky and depending on how long your arms are and where you choke up on the paddle, it might interfere with your grip as you're going from side to side

great design
I paddle for exercise and sightseeing nearly everyday since Covid has begun. having paddled ocean and bayou lakes and the great Mississippi I have hundreds of miles of paddling under my belt. Just upgraded to this paddle and wow, no going back to the stock ones provided when you get an inflatable SUP. I had my board humming with every stroke. I replaced my other because it sank having taken a nap on the board and it fell overboard. A lucky break as this is certainly a large step up from the aluminum ones. Lighter, and just better design, less flex and more positive energy transfer.

Good quality paddle
This paddle board paddle comes in a stow-away carry-on bag and is easy to assemble. It is light to handle so that you will not get tired switching hands as you row, whether you are standing or sitting on a board during an extended time on the water. The height is adjustable and works for a child as well as a tall person. I am very happy with the purchase.

Assembly point interferes with my hand placement
I've been stand up paddling for over 8 years and will usually do at least 3 miles when I go out. I love the lightweight and sturdiness of this paddle. The curved blade is very efficient. My issue with this paddle is the top assembly point interferes with my hand placement. I've tried several different lengths on the top third of the paddle but cannot find one that the assembly knuckle is not in my way.

They are sending defective paddles
I like the bag. I like the paddle design. The carbon fiber shafts and handles are light and high quality. But their quality control really sucks. The first paddle I bought had their old locking mechanism. It was okay but easy to lose the nut. I like the paddle otherwise so when they upgraded the mechanism I decided to get another one. It came and it was the old design, not the new one shown in pictures. And, the handle had been glued in backwards. Let's get it together, OceanBroad! UPDATE: I returned the second paddle and got a replacement. It has the exact same problems. The handle is glued in backwards again and Amazon again sent me the old model with the single mechanism. Photos attached this time.

Great quality and Best bang for the buck that I've found at this price point.
The anti twist clamp isn't true anti twist, but other than that this paddle is pretty darn good. I've tried a few in this price range and this one by far has been the highest quality. Some other brands do some weird things to cut costs even though they're priced higher than this one. For example, several others I've tried use a flimsy plastic collar to clamp the handle just to save a few inches of carbon fiber, while this paddle clamps the shaft itself to the handle for a much more robust connection with less flex. After being disappointed by a few others I'm back to buy a second one of these for my other board.

Beats aluminum
This is a pretty solid paddle. It’s light and does the job.If I nitpick, I’d say the handle is a bit hard on the hands. Other than that, it’s nice.
