Sterene 200-500 75 to 300-Ohm Matching Transformer

I purchased this device to hook up a homemade antenna to my TV while home for the summer from college. The transformer worked FANTASTICALLY. I signal I received via OTA channels was excellent and for a small dollar amount, I could not be happier. After testing, I went for a more permanent install and when reassembling everything, I accidentally over-tightened the COAX cable and broke the device. I ended up reordering this and a few other devices of similar specs (frequency, etc.) and they have all functioned fantastically as long as the cable was attached gingerly.(Note: I'm leaving this same review on all the devices I bought that are similar to this since what I'm saying here applies to all - the fact that it is working wonderfully and needs care when installing)

I bought several of these for my vintage stereos. They're perfect for connecting a modern antenna to power units built in the '60s and '70s. The spade ends slip right into the connectors on the stereos, enabling a smooth connection for the antenna. This is a small part, but it's essential for my stereos. Great product, great price. And the shipping was both fast and inexpensive.

This balun works as it is supposed to. However, the build quality isn't great. The end of the balun came loose as I was putting a cable on it. I hadn't even tightened the cable yet and it started spinning. Anyways... the cable is on there forever. If I try to remove it, the end just spins.

Used to make my own "digital" antenna. It works really well considering I've just hooked it up to a coat hanger.

Inexpensive but works like a charm. Used it on a new homemade antenna.... Now I get HD channels for free!

This item is now getting hard to find due to people changing to cable. I use a off the air antenna and this device is needed to make the proper connections.
