I needed something like this to help me increase my water Intake. I feel refreshed and active. This doesn't contain sugar so its a good thing for those who want to cleanse liver. I have been taking it since two weeks and i am happy with this. It would be nice to see if it helps me lose weight, but that would take a while I guess.

Quality product, nice fruity smell when undiluted and taste almost tasteless when diluted in water. Really good value for money!

This "Natur Cleanser" is quite an interesting product, it contains twelve natural ingredients which aim to help produce normal stomach, liver and intestinal function. The twelve ingredients are dried extracts of ... Green tea, Guarana, Dandelion, Papaya, Blackcurrant, Pilosella, Orthosiphon, Matte herb, Velosilla, Boldo, Camellia and Rhubarb. Many of these products are used by herbalists to improve digestive and intestinal functions.It's in liquid form and comes in a 500ml amber glass bottle with a screw lid. The recommended dosage is ... 30ml diluted in 1.5 litres of water to be drunk throughout the day.When added to water Natur Cleanser turns the water an unattractive muddy looking green ... a bit like pond water. It smells quite fruity and sweet, however taste wise it doesn't taste sweet nor fruity. Unfortunately the taste is exactly what I'd expect pond water to taste like, however the taste is not overly strong at all which luckily means I can just about manage to get through my 1.5 litres of "Natur Cleanser" infused water per day.Health wise I suffer with quite bad constipation on a daily basis and usually have to take courses of medication to deal with this problem. Considering I'm in my sixties and have to take quite a long list of meds and inhalers every day for some quite serious medical issues, I'm always keen on trying to find natural alternatives to the not so serious medical problems ... constipation being one of those.I started on this course of treatment as soon as I received it and I've now completed my bottle ... the results are not quite as good as I hoped. The good news being that I did not have any adverse effects from taking the solution daily and I found my stools were a little easier to pass but unfortunately not easy enough and I would still class myself as constipated. Although I must be honest because my constipation stems from the medications I take and is not dietary based I probably need industrial strength meds to shift it.Price wise I feel £16.95 is pretty expensive for only sixteen days supply which works out at around £30 per month.Thank for reading my review which I hope you found helpful.
