This product made my hair very dry and brittle.

I had put this on my Christmas list (because husbands need a little help) because it was sulfate free and had promising reviews. I had given myself a keratin treatment last summer and have been trying to stick with sulfate free ever since. I didn’t have high expectations because my hair is awful and I have a cabinet full of products that promised good results and failed. My hair is naturally curly (which tends to be dry to begin with) and I’ve been 100% gray since I was 23 and am now 55. Since I hate gray hair, I’ve been coloring it ALL THESE YEARS. That’s 32 years of abuse. And I should say, my hair isn’t a nice curly, more like any which way curly. So I use a flat iron. It took forever to grow, but my hair is finally past my shoulder blades, and i’m not fond of short hair, so cutting off the damage wasn’t something I wanted to do. And now there’s no reason to. This is the shampoo and conditioner I’ve been looking for my entire life. I have the shampoo, conditioner, and mask. All 3 are phenomenal. The shampoo thoroughly cleans my hair without weighing it down and the conditioner makes it silky smooth without leaving it greasy. I can go 3 or 4 days without washing, and that is something I’ve never been able to do. Other products for dry hair just add tons of oil to your hair and your hair is weighed down the next day. When you have to shampoo that oil out daily it defeats the purpose. I’m beyond thrilled with this product. It even makes my hair pretty when I leave it curly. I use the mask maybe once every 7-10 days and the regular conditioner the other days. I love all 3 products. It hasn’t faded my color at all (a dark brown). Don’t hesitate to buy this!!!
