Wish I knew about these a long time ago
I am very sensitive to starch and carbs and slightly sensitive to lactose. Basically my stomach hurts every time I eat. Chewing 2 of these before (or even after) a meal makes it so I don’t feel bloated, nauseous, or generally uncomfortable. I can’t believe I never heard of this super simple, cheap, otc option after 30 years of stomach upset thinking that was just life.I bought 3 different brands of digestive enzymes, these (for me) are the easiest, effective, and most pleasant to take.Taste is pretty good, reminds me of the old Flinstones vitamins but you can swallow them too. Size of advil capsules, so not difficult to swallow.

Did it get hot?
Beware of this seller. Ive used this before from another seller and it was good. But this seller sold me a bottle that tasted rancid.

4.5 stars
First things first- these work buy them! They started helping within a few days, and now I'm on my 2nd bottle.4.5 stars because I do not like the new formula texture or the bottle label, but they still work the same. Before I found these I had only seen enzymes for dairy. But these- they have enzymes to help break down most of the food that is slower to digest. Carbs, Sugars, Vegetable Fiber, Protein and Peptide, and Fat-- all in 2 chewables you eat before eating. I take them 10-15 mins before big meals, or meals that will be heavy. But take them with all meals and my protein shakes with blended fruit.Last things- My 2nd bottle was labeled different. I actually prefer the old look (the white bottle) specifically because the label information is easier to read on the enzymes. The 1st batch of chewables were chalkier, but I prefer that recipe better because it dissolved in your mouth! The 2nd batch are less chalky, but harder, and don't fully disintegrate when chewing. More of a tums texture.

Strong and drops sugar
For me, I, usually, take 1 weak potency creon with fatty meals, 1/4 of Dr. Myers’ tablet is enough. When I took a whole, I had cramping, nausea and severe dizziness. It degrades sugars too (not as creon), so I need to eat sugars to avoid drop of sugar. Overall, I will save money, if I use only the 1/4 of the tablet. Definitely, if this chewable, I can quarter it easily. I don’t eat a lot, by the way.

I'm thoroughly impressed
I have multiple food intolerances. After eating these, I can tolerate sugar and even dairy. I plan to keep these in my regular diet.

Good enzymes. A bottle is a one-month supply if you eat 3 meals. Stearates. Mint.
These seem to be above average enzymes, but a bottle is not a 90-day supply. If you eat 3 meals a day, it's a 30-day supply, so it's $60 a month for two people. Too much for retirees like me and my spouse. Enzymes need to come in large bottles with reasonable prices.Stearates have now been implicated in immune cell changes, so I recommend taking it out of the product soon. People who swallow a lot of supplements, like we do, are getting a lot of stearates if not choosing carefully.I'm not a mint fan, but the taste isn't unpleasant. However, I don't want to begin my meals with mint flavor in my mouth. It's weird to go from mint to a burger or fish. But maybe the enzymes work better in a chewed tablet.
