I tried this pillow in a Standard size and liked it, so ordered my own in a King size. They were quite different. I found the King size to be hard and heavy. I’ve been having neck pain since I began using it as well. I missed the return window but would have definitely returned it if I could.

I have owned the original version of this pill for many years and it is worn out. I was happy to see that I could get the same pillow as a replacement on Amazon. Unfortunately this version is overly soft, and does not nearly the cooling affect as the previous pillow. To ensure comfort I even ordered the thick version it is so soft that any extra thickness is irrelevant. I am not happy with this version of the pillow. If you have an older version of the pillow and think you are getting the same pillow you are not!

i used this one sometimes, but i feel like is to much hot so i don’t like that.

This product did not even make it to the starting line. I opened the plastic bag it was in and the odor of off gassing was intense. After "airing it out" for a week, it still had an odor, so I returned it.
