Received my product on 8/13 and used it immediately. It was so effective, i was able to remove my face hair within 2 minutes without any pain. I am even thinking to use it on my bikini area. The battery life seems long as i used it for me and my daughter for significant duration and still don't see a need for charging yet. I wish i could have bought this earlier and saved lot of my money which i spent visiting parlor every 15 days. My face feels so soft and it was so easy to use. Easy to carry along. It comes in perfectly packed box. Its truly a life changer for me and worth for money. I would definitely recommend this product. I am planning to buy this again and gift it to my mother as well.

I have ALWAYS been nervous about anything resembling ‘shaving’ my face! Would I have a stubble, like a man? Five o’clock shadow? Or razor bumps?! Thinking this has kept me away from anything that would cut off the hair vs plucking it (very painful, I might add! Hence, that is why my epilator has been retired!) This is lightweight, easy to use, takes up very little room in a overnight bag. It charges quickly.I was asked to give the item a review after purchasing the item. This is my honest opinion.

This is a must have product for ladies out there. I have had it for 3 yrs now n my sis also recently got one for herself. It’s very easy to use, good quality. Love the fact that it’s portable and once charged, u can use it many times before charging again.

Very poor performing unit. It stopped working properly just a month after I got it, just a bit too late to return for a refund. I have to recharge it after just two or three uses on only my upper lip, and even when fully charged the power is very weak. The round blade unit comes off after a couple uses and has to be screwed back on. Very poor product that I should be reimbursed for.Now I am purchasing a FLAWLESS brand unit, same as my last one was, as they are excellent and last a long time.Amazon, you should take this product out of stock.

This product was a perfect fit in my purse, it comes in a cute box for display or storage. I used It right away after I opened It and I did not have to charge it at the first use. It was very light weight and It lightly removed all unwanted hair on my face. I definitely gave it all stars for the nail filer and size of item , but the uv light isn’t so bright and I have to go around twice for those tough little hairs. The product came already charged ready to use. I was surprised how smooth it left my skin. Overall I will Purchase this items again for a gift.
