You're Probably Deficient, You Definitely Need This!
I had this on my wishlist for months before buying it. I'm mad at myself for waiting so long. This bottle is HUGE for the price. I use 2 sprays at least twice a day, and after over a month, it looks like I haven't even used it! It's still so full. I found a 2oz bottle for $30 at Vitamin Shoppe, so this product has an unbelievable price for how huge it is!I didn't expect this to work as deodorant. I was pleasantly surprised with its performance! It definitely isn't strong enough for me during the hot months, but while we were still in winter, I only used this under my arms. No sweating, no smell. I also try to use it on my butt, because that's the first part of my body that starts sweating in the heat. Even on days I don't spray my bum, the effect is still there, and I have noticed a great improvement. It's so wonderful. It also helps me get a deeper sleep, and I wake up feeling much more refreshed. I really didn't think this would be such an amazing, all-around product! My friend also bought a Magnesium spray from another brand, but hers didn't seem to work, and she ran out pretty quick. She plans on buying this brand after my success with it.The ONLY thing I will warn is, do NOT use this after shaving. And I don't mean immediately after, I mean like 2 or 3 days after. Luckily, I'm a guy, so I don't have to shave my pits too often. But I really don't understand how women can shave every day and then spray this on later. It hurts sooo bad! It's also an instant way to find any new cuts on your hands when rubbing it in. As a pet owner, I had a few days in a row that gave me horrible experiences. So now I try to be more aware of my skin before using it. Also, make sure to wash your hands afterwards, so they don't start to burn and dry out. While it does burn pretty fierce, I'm not gonna stop using this stuff, it's too awesome! I'm sure my body appreciates the optimum levels of magnesium, too.

I do TONS of research before I buy any supplement because I hate wasting my money
Well... I am sold.I really didnt know ANYTHING about magnesium deficiency when I ordered this. A friend was talking to another friend about this oil, and my intuition bells chimed in my head, and I decided right then and there to get some. Usually, I do TONS of research before I buy any supplement because I hate wasting my money, and supplements can get wildly expensive.Like I said... It was my intuition that took charge that day. Not my conscious reasoning mind.I use it at night. At first, I used it only sporadically. But as my period came closer, I started using it religiously every night to get a head start of my cramp pain. I put it on my tummy and thighs.A couple days later I started getting things done around the house I had not done in months. Stuff I needed to do but that just felt way too overwhelming for so so so long. I did them, without much thought, and swiftly completed them. I also ran errands like a champ. My thinking was super clear and focused. No inner drama. No stress. No fatigue.Just... Exquisitely BALANCED... in mind, body and emotions. During PMS... no less.I have not felt that way... In MANY years. Feels like hundreds of years since Ive been that on the ball and content.I finally was like, "WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON WITH ME??? WHY IS EVERYTHING SUDDENLY SO MUCH EASIER???"And then I realized that it might just be the oil I was using. So I looked up magnesium deficiency... and got trapped in the internet for two whole days.I have ALL the exact markers for the deficiency... Anxiety attacks, addiction issues, depression, irritability, REALLY INTENSELY BAD PERIODS with moodiness and incredible incapacitating cramps (PMDD).Its been this way for YEARS and YEARS! Not just during my period, by far, but even more severe during my periodI am 7 days in, and this is really NOT a placebo effect. I am truly astonished. And a little sad. I wish wish wish I had known about this many years ago. I took all kinds of prescribed medications which really did harm to me... supposed to help my extreme anxiety... supposed to help focus... supposed to help depression. When it seems this whole time I was only deficient in magnesium.Better late then never... but... shame on the medical industry and the pharmaceutical companies.Really.How many of us are misled to believe we need some drug to be "normal" (and incur all the tragedy that follows in our wake on that dangerous path)? If you cant seem to get to sleep, have really bad periods, are depressed and anxious, drinking too much, smoking, etc.... Please try this.I swear to God I feel like at 43 years old I am about to get my life back.

Seems to help muscle and soft tissue recovery, but stings on skin
I have a lot of upper back and neck pain. I get chiropractic work and massages to help with that. My last massage therapist, who does ashiatsu massage with medi-cupping suggested that I try magnesium oil on my pain areas. I had been taking magnesium orally (as most medical professionals suggest this nowadays because it is hard to get into our diet), but it can cause loose stools because it is hard on the stomach. The ashiatsu massage therapist said that magnesium is much better absorbed through the skin, and that this would aid in my muscle recovery. I have been using it for 2 weeks. It suggests on the bottle using it both in the morning and evening for best results. I started off just using it at night, but I did end up doing it both am and pm. When I started doing this, I did notice some results. My pain was definitely lessened. I still do have pain, but this has reduced it slightly; enough to make me want to continue using it. There is a big con, however: it stings terribly on any open skin lesion you may have. It specifically says not to use on just shaved skin, so I avoid that, but, although it seems like I don't have any open skin wound or lesion, this stuff finds every little last tiny one that you might not even notice, and it stings. Badly. So, apparently I have lots of little nicks all over my back and neck that I never noticed. Maybe some tiny zits? I'm not sure. It is one thing that makes me not want to use it, but it seems the help it gives the inner muscle and soft tissue under the skin makes it worth dealing with the stinging.
