Included assembly instructions were complete and easy to follow.After assembling it is very sturdy.This type of machine experiences vibration so I used Locktite blue (removable) onall the frame bolts to ensure it stays nice and sturdy.1 missing screw in the final assembly (control board mounting, 3 screws still hold it securely)Mounting holes for control board are a tiny bit too small but was relatively easily remedied.I have engraved and carved numerous materials.As an entry level CNC router/laser engraver (laser can also cut very thin soft wood) I think it is a good value,I'm happy with the purchase and have no regrets.I strongly suggest watching some videos on 3018 CNC machines and the software (Candle GRBL Controland Laser GRBL) and reading a bit before trying to do too much if this is your first CNC/Laser.Get some PTFE dry lube and apply to all transport rails and feed screws, frequently.And remember to ALWAYS wear your eye protection whenever the Laser is powered.

Did not run it yet (only assembled) so review may updated later on...Mostly good materials for its price (both metal and plastic), grate packing.all parts of the body aligned perfectly. (hole to screws and so on)also several unexpected "bonus" parts were in the kit (like a set of v bits, a brush, plastic cord wrappers etc.)several issues:* for the side panels the screws in the package were wrong length - good thing i had several more of the right size.* the construction that holds the spindler is a bit too small for it and it took alot of effort to get it in there without damaging the construction.* one of the metal flps that hold the bed screws had a hole not centered which made the bed harder to mount (but no other effect - after mounting it was perfectly flat)...all in all less construction issues then u expected (based on other DYI kits rangeing the same price).

It took me more then an hour to assemble and I'm good at assembling things, and after I finish I was all excited to see how it works and guess what, power supply didn't work

Instructions for setup weren't instructions. After getting it setup, one of the motors was defective. Seller did replace the motor. Used it a couple of times, but the bed and clamping system is horrible. Machine totally stopped responding after 4 months. Support is non-existent. Look elsewhere. I would give it zero stars if that were a choice.

This thing is pretty nice for the price. The laser is pretty adequate as long as you aren’t doing anything small, like a keychain or something.

Don't know if its the cooling fan on the board. Or maybe something electrical. Have used now for only a couple days. Makes a weird humming noise. Kinda on and off in spirts. Overall happy with purchase. But just dont understand what this noise is. Anyone else have this problem.

To be able to write or make designs you need a program to design it

I was able to cut out a box and in doing the lid. ALL the motors have out including the spindle. Checked the board, everything was fine. Good thing I have better built motors to replace.

This CNC machine has very poor instructions so you need patience to build and then configure software. YouTube has the best resources. I’ve spent hours on the software configuration and my unit is still printing mirror images. It cuts and runs through the design but I’m not sure the gbrl software is professional enough to manage the process of cutting designs.

Unable to properly mount laser as the correct screws and nuts not provided. Please provide

Seller was a bit slow to respond but was helpful in resolving some issues with the equipment. Overall very pleased with the product and service. Replacement parts were ship quickly and product warranty was honored.
