My item arrived with the seal broken open and over half of the pills missing from the bottle. The lid was on and everything looked normal but when I took the lid off it looks like someone opened the pills and took most of them out and put the lid back on. I’m scared to even take any of them now because I have no idea if someone messed with them when they broke the seal open.

I hope it’s just to soon but so far I feel no different my libido still stinks!! And should this be taken everyday or as needed like 30min before?
