Repairman Tricks to install
***IMPORTANT*** I could install most of it, but ended up calling a repairman, who then used these parts to finish. I got hung up with 2 issues. 1. The idler arm pulley would not fit (repairman use fine sandpaper on shaft), 2. The belt seemed too wide (nope, the old one just wore down to half the size). So the kit was great, but I didn’t know the trick...so know you know.

Fixed it
This item worked perfectly. The new belt was a tad bit short for my bravos xl. All other pieces worked great and the horrible screeching noise is gone.

Parts didn’t fit or last
I was very disappointed with this item. I couldn’t use the tension pulley because it wouldn’t fit the shaft of the tensioner. The belt lasted 15 minutes before it broke. I had to use my old parts to get my dryer (except the drum rollers) running.

This kit worked.
This kit worked for my Maytag dryer repair, but the belt was a little too short. I ended up reusing my old belt. The rest of the kit fit fine. Had it installed and running for a couple of weeks now and everything is fine.

Exactly what I needed.
So I searched this product after doing some research on the issue with my dryer. I found a video on YouTube that walked you through step by step to replace the belt and the gentleman who did the video bought his supplies at a local appliance shop and paid over $150 for the same thing.I don't know about y'all, but I don't repair appliances so if I'm going to go to all the trouble of trying to do that, I'm not going to pay $150 for the supplies. As far as quality, I replace the belt about 2 months ago and all the little wheels, which was not as hard as it seemed it would be. And in about 6 hours I had the dryer repaired, and it's been running good for the last 3 months without a problem. The only thing I would tell anybody doing this repair themselves is two things. Buy this kit, because if you're going to replace the belt you might as well replace all the wheels too. And see about buying the heating element for your dryer and replacing that as well, because if you're going to go to all the trouble of getting everything you need to replace to fix the belt and the wheels it take you all of maybe 10 minutes more to fix the heating element and then you have a nearly new dryer.Side note about changing out the heating element, I was informed that if you do change out the heating element when you change out the belts be sure to unplug the dryer at least 12 hours prior to ensure the electrical charge is gone from anything you're working on.

Drive Belt Too Small
I am satisfied with the rollers and tensioner pulley. The belt was too short (92.5 inches) to fit my Whirlpool Cabrio dryer. Also, the instructions could have been more straightforward. I recommend checking the length of your existing belt before purchasing this product.

Kit worked great. Each piece was an exact fit to my Duet Dryer.
Our dryer had a squeak when running.after watching many online videos saying it was the belt, idler pulley or pulleys the drum sits on, i decided to order the whole kit. It was not expensive and after I opened up the dryer, the idler pulley was tight and 2 of the drum pulleys were not spinning well. After replacement, which took about 3 hours to clean everything up and my dryer is stacked on the washer, everything went together well and it is running great. It is nice to fix a 14 year old dryer with just a little time and under $50.

BUYER BEWARE!
To start, the root cause of the widespread issue of a loud screeching noise coming from the dryer drum wheels s/b directed at the design. As opposed to wheels with bearings like a skate board, these parts simply rely on a metal bushing spinning on a metal shaft. So over time, the grease thins down and the noise caused by the dry friction of metal on metal is the result. The OEM parts have a high tolerance for the inner diameter to shaft spacing so when new, the wheels rotate freely. These Amazon, non OEM parts in my kit were all too tight. If you can get them on at all, the wheels are difficult to turn and would overload the motor, or cause the belt to slide if used. I read one review where a professional installer ended up sanding the shafts down. As it took a couple of hours for me to get to the place where i could replace these, I would not want to then have to hand sand the shafts. I should have ordered the more expensive OEM parts. BUYER BEWARE!
