A beautiful, well-crafted pencil that feels good in the hand. This is artfully made and an absolute delight to write with. I do really wish it had an option with an eraser on top. I also wish there was an option with the pocket clip and the sharpener packaged together. But this product is superbly made. It is a work of art. And an absolute joy to hold and to use. Highly recommend.

First: Five stars for the product. The maker of these wooden mechanical pencils is amazing. The pencils smell great and work smoothly. I bought all of the others they make. Now the delivery experience: The product is fine when Amazon doesn't send broken items inside of an undamaged large box full of large bubble packing. I'm just really disappointed that something so fragile could be carelessly sent broken. Amazon doesn't care. They get their money either way. But it does ruin the experience. There was excitement—and then, oh look, "Here's your broken item." :/

AND IT HAS A POCKET CLIP!!! Heavy for a pencil, still the warm feel of wood. I keep this one in my shirt pocket; the ones without a clip are on my right on the desk. (Won't brag on the sharpeners that come with the rest of them though, passable at best)

Looks nice, for some reason I was thinking it had a bit more weight to it then it does. Also I’m kind of over lead holders and enjoy ink more these days. Like the ratchet click action, lead doesn’t slide out on a click like most lead holders. It’s a good pencil and it works just fine, it might grow on me as I use it more. Might be worth the price based on looks alone 😆. Just not the writing or drawing experience I was expecting. Really dig the pocket clip 🤘🏽😝 Extra: It just doesn’t feel as premium as it looks to me. I don’t like how long the tip is, my traditional grip naturally falls right on the transition of the tip and the wood, slightly awkward, a pencil grip should help. There’s a little to much play inside, some clicky feed back from the barrel or the button hitting the inside when the pencil is rotated a certain way. I rotate the pencil to use the different spots on the lead, no rattle at all when you remove the button. Just nit picking I’m sure I’ll come around to liking it a bit more as I use it. Just having a bit of buyers remorse 😅 looks premium, but falls a little short on the writing/drawing experience and for me. Last reviewed 2021, it’s 2025 now and I’ve gotten back into pencils and I miss the original form of this pencil. I was a bit rough with the clip I think and it split the wood barrel, I’ve modified the pencil and I love it, but I miss the old one. I May purchase one again without a clip and slide a clip on it. The way the clip is designed and inside the wooden barrel makes it very likely to split the wood like a little pry bar. Discovered that the knock button and nose of the pencil are made of a sweet rosy brass. These are very fun pencils to modify.

This is a super high-quality pencil. Don't buy a basic gravity feed. This is so much better.

Item arrived on time and in great shape. The item is of good quality and a simple yet nice design. Writing with it is a joy, the lead writes very dark and smooth, great item.
