Pure Ground Nutmeg, 2.3 Ounce Jar

This is stellar nutmeg. It was the first time I'd tried this brand and I was impressed. It has a good potent nutmeg smell and flavor. I put most of my spices into other small spice bottles, but this container is very heavy and well made, so I kept it in it's container. It's a quality spice and I use it in a number of things from desserts to savory dishes. Make sure you store it, as other spices should be stored and that's out of direct sun and in a cooler location. One of my favorite quick desserts is "Brandy Ice." You take vanilla ice cream and soften it a little. Then, mix in a small amount of Brandy or Brandy Flavoring. Put it in attractive dessert or champaign glasses and sprinkle nutmeg on the top of each.I highly recommend this nutmeg seasoning. Thank you for reading my review.

Love nutmeg in many recipes and this one is very good. Will purchase again and has a strong flavor and tastes good and is a good size for what I currently need. More reasonable than supermarkets.

Use for my pumpkin pies and breads, as well as spicing up my chai mix! Great taste - full flavored. Texture and strength as one would expect. Effective at spacing things up!

Ran out of nutmeg while I was baking, ordered this from Amazon and it arrived in two days. It has a rich aroma, lovely taste, and works well with my baking. I've tried a lot of Simply Organic herbs and spices and they've all been amazing. The taste is always fresh and vibrant. High quality ingredients and that comes through in the finished product.
