The part installed perfectly and is working great. It is a great replacement, however I received no paperwork to return the old part as a core so as of right now, I have no way of getting my $200 core refund back. I wrote to the vendor and asked for help so let's see how this goes.UPDATE: Changing my review from 3 to 5 stars. BMA Auto Parts sent me a shipping label so I was able to return my broken shock and get my $200 refund.The new part was very high quality and was pretty easy to install at home. I went ahead and did new Ball Joints while I was at it because the parts are right there and easy to work on. Might as well do it all at once. Anyhow, the install was easy....There are lots of videos online for you to reference, however give yourself 2-3 hours for your first time. You will need a ball joint removal tool regardless, although I do highly recommend you purchase new upper and lower ball joints while you are at it. The ride is superb now! LOVE IT.
