Cat Window Perch, Cat Hammock w/Fleece Blanket Upgraded Screw Suction Cups

I am shocked by how sturdy this thing is! Like I leaned against it, and it didn't budge. I've never seen a cat window bed that was so study in my life. My previous one was decent too, fell like 4 times in the 3 years I had it. But this one, OMGG, I do not think this will ever fall, it doesn't even wiggle. Like I am seriously shocked by this. Now it is a little smaller than I was expecting. Maybe two or so inches smaller than what I think of as a usual cat perch, but it comes with the little cushion and everything. It's super cute, and safe looking. I actually felt safe putting a little higher than usual, which is great for the cats in my house who love to be high up. It just is really well made, and I can't recommend it enough for any cat home. It's pretty easy to put together too, you don't need any tools or anything. Pretty easy to get up on the window, etc. It's just the best thing I've gotten for my boys. They love it, might buy another.

Ordered this in 2023 and it’s been one of the best investments in a decade! My dogs love it! It’s held up really well. Easy to take apart and clean the window. My largest dog weighs 15lbs and while the netting has stretched a bit we’ve never had any issues with safety or it holding up! My pets love it and chose to sit there when they have the chance!

My cats absolutely love these window perches. They each had to have their own as one just wasn’t enough. They were practically trying to climb on top of another to be able to sit in the sun. Great quality and a lot sturdier than I expected. Recommend checking the suction cups occasionally as I did have it let go once, but was for sure my fault for letting it go so long without checking. Every cat owner should get these to pamper their fur babies!

PROS: Design - The design is great. Top suction cups use a dial that pulls in the center to achieve maximum grip for peace of mind. Bottom cups are large and wide for stability, but just barely squeezed in to fit 24" wide window surface. Material - Mesh surface securely holds frame together with strong Velcro. (assemble that side with elbows last) You have to use your muscles to get good tension and match the Velcro on the other side. Nice little pad came with it, but could've been bigger. I would recommend using a thin folded throw blanket to cover edge to edge. No tools required - I got this one because it would securely hold in place without the need to drive screws into the sill, which also means it is easy to relocate and portable, you could take it when you travel. (hotels usually have nice, large windows!) CONS: Size - I read reviews where people said this was a good size for a bigger cat, but this was not my experience. For a cat that measures almost 12"x 24" when laying comfortably on her side, (not overweight) This was not big enough for lounging at the window. Stability - I pulled the material as tight as I could to Velcro around the edge, but my cat still did not feel stable on this surface. It was either this or no window, but she refused to get up or stay on. When I put the bookcase back under the window, she jumped up on that right away because it is solid. I'm sure a piece of wood could be used over the mesh, but that's not something I had time for. I tried this in a few locations, even one spot two feet high, but she just sat under it to look out of the door. Between the size Wires - The wires may also have put off the cat. I tried draping the curtain around them to make them more apparent, but nothing I did would make this device interest her. Placement - Use a level for best results. Getting this unit installed to be perfectly level took some patience. If you can get someone to help, especially when positioning the top suction cups, it will save you some time. Between the size and the instability, this just wasn't for my cat. Other people seem to have no issues and their cats are all fine with it. Overall, I think this is a great product because of how it does not need a sill or screws. You can put it anywhere you have at least 24" width to work with. Ideal for "tree dwellers".

It was easy to put together. My oldest cat was the first to investigate , I put the old blanket on top of the pillow so she would think it was still the old one. O my she was in seventh heaven. so soft. She is heavy so it is just right, size and weight

This was the cat’s most favorite place to lay on. However, in a few months, the suction cup stopped working and I could not get them to work ever again. So unfortunately, it only lasted so long.

My cats love to perch and look out my bay window, but I like to keep plants on the ledge, so I was conflicted about moving the plants. Adding a window hammock was the perfect solution! I honestly wasn’t sure if this product would even work for me because my house doesn’t have any traditional vertical windows. The bay window is the only one that isn’t a casement or horizontal slider, so this is the only window that could’ve MAYBE worked for the product. I’m pleasantly surprised that it works really well on a bay window, despite the slight angles involved. We’ve also had no issue closing our pull-down blinds at night, by taking the two T-shape tube joints out of the bottom suction cups and letting the bed hang by the top cups. The suction cups all seem super strong and my larger cat spent a solid 4+ hours lounging on the hammock this afternoon and it seemed sturdy! I will mention - the instructions say to soak the bottom suction cups in hot water for a few minutes before applying to the window, so I did. However, that made it very difficult to insert the suction cup ends into the “T” PVC joints of the bed, because I think the plastic expanded from the heat. So just something to note! Now that they’re attached to the window and staying there, I’ve had no problems getting the suction cups in and out of the T joints and they fit snug but not too tight. Great product and I plan to order another so each cat can have their own!

My wife and I purchased this hammock with the impression that it was a safe and reliable product. It is not a safe product. We followed instructions carefully for set-up and made sure everything was tight and secure. Less than 12 hours later, the tethers holding the platform on the window came loose, and it wrapped around our cats hind leg and left her dangling in place. She thrashed greatly in pain as we quickly tried to get her untethered (though my wife and I took severe scratches and injuries from our scared and hurt cat.) Luckily, we took her to the emergency pet hospital nearby and she is now fine, but it caused her extreme pain, severe dental injury from her trying to chew through the METAL wires to free herself, and damage to her leg. This was a nightmare of a product, and I firmly believe it is defective. If you value your pet's safety and comfort, take it from a loving pet owner, please reconsider purchasing this product. I wish we had done so.

States that a free fleece blanket is included. I ordered two of these window seats and neither had a fleece blanket. False advertising!
