Product failed after short normal use – quality issue
I bought this product on December 1st. After approximately two months of normal use, the plastic around the bristles began to crack. The damage continued to spread, and the brush head eventually became fully cracked. The product was used as intended and was not dropped or misused. This appears to be a material or manufacturing defect rather than normal wear and tear. I am disappointed with the durability and cannot recommend this product.

For the most part it works well The scraper tip has chipped off a couple times but still works

broken when delivered
Bought a 2 pack and would have been great but it was delivered broken with a hole in the brush so all the soap leaks out and the button doesn’t dispense soap:/

Would not buy again
Love my old Kitchen Aid dish brush...this one though leaks soap from the handle (when stored upright) and I really dislike direction of the brush bristles. They are straight out of the head and thus it is hard to get into the corner of my 2 cup measuring cup. And the bristles are VERY stiff. Still doesn't leak as much soap as the OXO brush I tried before this. As soon as it starts leaking more or the brush goes bad, this one is going in the trash and I will buy a different one.

Pessimo ariticolo
L’attacco di plastica della spazzola si rompe facilmente, dopodiché l’articolo va buttato. Mi è successo per ben due volte, non è da KitchenAid.

pésima qualitad
no pienso que es original, tengo otros productos de kitchenaid y también he tenido un cepillo similar a este durante anos. Esto lo he utilizado 3 veces y se rompió. Estoy muy deceptionada
