A nightmare! Delivery and set up hassles , not worth the perceived savings .
Update 12/14/20Still nothing from the seller to help with this issue . They don’t read correspondence or understand it . They reply with standard talking points . I will be requesting a claim under A to Z warranty from Amazon. Avoid Interstate Sales at all costs .As a buyer, my concerns were on the delivery process. One little guy in a big truck left it on a pallet after he got as far as his strength would allow him to push ! I asked for the “ White Glove Option “ but was told there isn’t that option . Unless you have dollies and know how ... get it delivered and beside and set up from a local vendor . The small savings was quickly erased and then some by the delivery process . Plus , this was a 2019 model vs the 2020 model . The door was also dented and scratched at the factory . They are in the process of replacing the door . I’ll update if they don’t make good on the repair .Update : 11/13/20 . The seller has been a nightmare to deal with . I get more apologies then action . As of this writing I’ve discovered that the refrigerator was technically a year old and the warranty had expired . The four that came in damaged is not covered to be replaced because the seller never submitted the paid receipt to Samsung . I’ve spent literally hours trying to fix this mess they made . Avoid Interstate Appliance . I have door that as it stands now I will have to pay ahead to get fixed a few weeks before Thanksgiving.

Worst nightmare buying from here!!!
I wouldn’t even add a star to this seller and to this refrigerator. Worst customer service as to Amazon it seemed only one of them tried to help me. This refrigerator won’t work won’t freeze it gets extremely hot for no reason. The food I bought it got spoiled and all the ice and ice cream melted I bought this a month ago and until now they don’t want to help. Very upsetting, especially now that I have my kids at home and I don’t have a fridge, we don’t have the money to buy another refrigerator. We also called Samsung and they said they were going to send someone and they never did.

Works great
Purchased for my daughters new home perfect fit for her family of 3 also looks and function great but it’s only in use for 1 month time will tell. Mine which is also a Samsung and about 5 years old still working great even thou I had to replace the ice maker due to iceing.

Beware of Ice Maker Leaks
After 4 years of service, ice maker started leaking. Destroyed flooring in my new house and now they can't find anyone to drive 20 miles outside of town to repair it (at my cost of course). They don't seem to last that long.

Ice maker freezes over. They're being sued for it
The ice maker will frost up and then become wedged in. It's then a $175 call for the guy to come out and tell you he can't fix it for less than $750. There's a class action lawsuit over this. Run away from this product.
