Really good controller, bought for playing games on our fire stick. Set up was really straightforward.

This is a really good controller for the price. The first time I connected this to my Firestick, it connected but was not working. I had to unpair and pair again using Hold X+Y+B+A+L1+R1+HOME as mentioned in one of the other comments. If the device shows up as pro controller on FireStick unpair and pair again till it shows up as Amazon Firestick Controller.I have used this to play emulator games on my FireStick 4k and windows 10 PC . Works very well.It comes with a USB C cable for charging. I also use this cable to connect to USB C port of my PC.

All was working well until about 2 weeks in when it suffered from drift! Quite frustrating when you’re playing Rainbow Road on Mario Kart and find yourself frequently floating in space. Luckily that rascal with the fishing rod saved me from certain death.

Windows instructions...all of themGoto bluetooth and pair choose add bluetooth device.Press home button on controller to go into pair mode. Green flashing led will confirm its searching. Pc will find "controller input".You cant use it yet.Then goto steam, settings, controller, general controller settings. Tick nintendo boxes and thats it. Works great and remembers its paired, to reconnect just hold home again. Job done.

I'm not a heavy user of my switch, so I was delighted with the performance and battery life, it remains to be seen how durable this is, but I ordered a second pad at a steep discount when it came up, £11, bargain! great having a few spare game pads so I can play local multilayer with my kid and nephews, they prefer this to the switch Joycon pads, so I might have to order a third for myself!

I chose this because a number of reviews said that it worked with the Amazon Firestick. It connected OK, but didn't work, so I tried with a couple of games on my phone and tablet: again it connected, but didn't work. I can only assume it was faulty.

I almost sent this back because it wouldn't connect it to my PC.I tried a different cable and it now works perfectly. It may feel slightly cheap but it's actually very accurate and responsive. Windows 10 recognizes it as an XBOX 360 controller which is perfect for my needs.Another gripe is the vibrate function isn't great.While playing Mario Odyssey I had a lot of trouble locating a secret using rumble.I had completed the same room with the official joycons and it was a much easier.It loses 1 star for each of the above.I would be more annoyed but it was very cheap and does the job.

Once paired this controller works as it should. It is comfortable to hold and buttons are responsive. The issue we have is the need to pair it every time the Switch is restarted - not an issue for the official controllers.
