PELLOR Forearm Wrist Roller Trainer Arm Strength Training Fitness Equipment

Bought this item to replace a Gold's Gym forearm exerciser which I'd had for a number of years. The rope had started to fray at the handle and one of the foam covers on the handle had split in half so it was time for a new one. I'm very happy with this item. It was well packaged. The instructions are basic but straight to the point. In all honesty I don't think instructions are needed but then someone would whinge that there were no instructions. This exerciser is very simple to use. I've used this item five times so far and am very pleased with it.

Surprising how much effort / burn you can get with small weight disks getting the same results like using a screw driver to undo an entire kitchen. Does its job pretty well, only downside I can see to it is as others have mentioned the handles of it are just sleeves and do rotate if enough pressure is given dispite being a tight fit. I might put glue on it at some point or consider adding the thick handlebar grips on top to see if that may help.

Looks and feels sturdy but it's tricky using the rope around a weight... especially those made from stone.Doesn't take up room and easy to store awayThis will help with toning my arms and abdomen

Excellent product just too expensive at £29. It would have been better value and feel a little more pro if the thickness of the rod for the weights was the same as a barbell. It's about half that thickness.

Works the forearm really well. Only had16 kilos on it so far but performs well with no worries. Good quality piece of kit, I would definitely recommend.

Great product. Comfortable to hold and the handles are sturdy. The plate to hold the weights is solid and it is very easy to add or remove weights.
