Items arrived very badly damaged but the seller organised a swift refund.
Disappointingly these arrived smashed to pieces ! They were only wrapped in thin plastic so it’s hardly surprising. Completely unusable in the condition they were delivered. Thankfully the seller customer service was excellent and they provided me with a full no-quibble refund without the need to attempt a return as these were large items. I sourced the same containers elsewhere as a re-order would not have arrived in time. Undamaged they are good quality containers and the handles on the side make them easier to move. I drilled holes in the bottom for drainage and am using them for young trees.
