OCYCLONE iPad Pro 12.9 Case 2020/2018, 7 Viewing Angles Magnetic Stand + Pencil Holder Support 2nd Gen Pencil Charging + Auto Wake/Sleep Protective Case for iPad Pro 12.9 inch 4th / 3rd Gen - Black

I have been using the OCYCLONE iPad Pro 12.9 Case for the last week or so since I received my new 12.9 iPad Pro. I love it. First, the main pros. Perfect fit; true color (not too red/pink); 7 angles work well; well made, pencil slot is good, good price. Main cons. It is a bit heavy, even without the extra size of the old 12.9, by about a half pound (case is all magnet), totals out at almost 3 pounds with iPad, really is like carrying a laptop around; Opening/closing it is a little awkward without gripping the iPad or the case in a way that doesn’t feel right; the video is a little deceiving, while you can pick it up while open and in a position, and it won’t dislodge, it can dislodge when you use it if you move it just so. It has not collapsed in use, e.g. typing, surfing, using pencil, or general use, so I don’t consider that an issue. It does hang on fridge, but opposite what they show. It could be my fridge has less metal content than the one in video?; I wouldn’t use it that way anyway, would not trust my thousand dollar iPad falling to the floor, but it does work in that manner. Time will tell a better story as I continue on and wear sets in. For now: All in all, a solid case for a Solid iPad.

I’ve had this product for about two years now and it’s still functions as well as it has since the day I got it. Minimal wear and tear, and I’ve use this on the daily as a digital artist. And I also traveled around with it a lot. For the price you really can’t beat it. I constantly have it standing up because I’m drawing on the iPad, I looked for a long time if I should get a case that stands up or a stand for this purpose and in most cases just having this case is enough and that’s what I use most often. I can also fit this iPad with the case on it in a stand as well if I need extra height. Very rarely does this magnet fail on me while I’m drawing, it holds up really well, it has never been an issue. And i use it in obscure positions sometimes too.This is a *must have* for any digital artist.If you want to use it just for movies it also works well for that purpose, however the highest setting is still at a slightly back tilted angle, so if you want pure 90 degree viewing angles you wont get it with this.

I have one of these for both a 9" and a 12.9" ipad. In my opinion, the smaller of the two is much sturdier and has a more appropriate fit. The pencil has its own secure charging place. The magnets used for adjusting the Vietnam angle are really good. I really like it and think it will be useful for the device for a long time.The 12.9" iPad is obviously a lot heavier. I'm not sure if the piece that holds the back to the front is going to be sturdy webby in the long run. The pencil has two places it can be suited, one for charging, one not (which is the more secure of the two). The spot that holds the pencil for charging is prone to losing the pencil. The magnets used for adjusting the viewing angle are not as strong in this one though are adequate.Over all I like them and would purchase again

I purchased this case to replace a slightly more expensive one that didn’t fit well, had horrible buttons and caused my paper like screen protector to buckle. I actually purchased this because someone here confirmed that it worked with their screen protector... YES! This case is amazing... don’t let the price fool you... it feels high end, fits like a glove, and work’s flawlessly. A+ and 5 stars... I’m impressed by this case at this price point.

This case provides robust protection especially around the edges. The trade off is that it is a heavy case it turns my iPad Pro 12.9 into something that feels more like a laptop.The one question I have is long term durability of the flap material that acts as the hinge for the cover. We’ll see if that is the weak point as it is just some sort of vinyl with interior micro suede finish. Given the low price of the unit, if I get a year or two of use I’ll be happy. My last cover had a lid that folded into various shapes, that held up well for about 12 months before the lid lost shape. Eventually the whole lid wore out from use. This case has a straightforward design and aside from the hinge area should hold up well.As an added bonus, there is a slot for an Apple Pencil.

Love this case! It has two spots for an Apple Pencil. One on the inside by the hinge to put away and protect the pencil for transportation. The other is the charging side and the case clasps around it to keep it nice and snug. I wouldn’t put it in a backpack while the pencil is charging but it’s snug enough to carry around.The material is nice and sturdy, especially in the stand. It also has a nice texture that’s easy to hold onto.

My grandson and I decided on this case for his 12.9” iPad. We are both very pleased with it. The iPad fits snug, all buttons are accessible, and the multiple angles of this Ocyclone case are secure and appreciated. I’ve used this case for a year. It’s been great it’s progressively been falling apart more and more. All of the edges are coming apart and the seams, all from normal everyday use. I will keep using until it’s unusable. Also, the stand originally not sturdy enough for drawing, and now the magnets don’t attach when i try to use it for just propping the screen up.
