Very poor quality product
The radiator was delivered very quickly. On inspection, a slight area of chrome plating was missing on one of the valve connections and the metal was rusty. I reported this to the seller, who was very quick to supply an FOC replacement. I wanted to repaint the radiator brilliant white, so flatted off the paint, only to find several areas, where the existing paint hadn't keyed, due to surface rust. I treated the corrosion myself, as I strongly suspect a replacement will not be any better. It is obvious to me that these radiators are shipped in bulk from China, without adequate inspection. The radiator is supplied with a 10 year guarantee, but I do wonder how much trouble lies beneath the surface. They are not particularly cheap, but it is worth spending more on a better quality product.

Beautiful Radiator!
Very impressed with this Radiator, looks beautiful and the price also is very reasonable. It’s not installed yet, but know it will enhance our bathroom and give it a bit of finesse.
