Works great in an ASUS VivoBook
This connector works great in an ASUS VivoBook F513EA. I purchased a different style connector and had connection issues in the UEFI/BIOS and OS. This connector had no problems, and has been working great so far at 6 Gbps SATA.

Didn't work, caused issues
I bought this to replace my current cable which kept coming loose. As soon as I booted my laptop up, it failed to detect my hard drive. Furthermore, I couldn't shut down my laptop no matter what I tried and had to take it out while my laptop was still on. It ended up sparking and smoking when I went to do that. As soon as I reinstalled my previous cable my HDD was detected fine. Not sure if it was a fluke, but I'm not gonna risk a replacement.

IT DOES NOT WORK
when connected it does not work, my pc does not recognize the ssd disk and after a while connected it seems to have short circuited the strap and almost ruined my laptop

Not suitable they deliver, and courier also came from DTDC, return option not available they not responding, kindly wasting money honestly
