Works great. Doesn’t stay as hot as I would like. But definitely worth the price.

I purchase this for an injury/surgery that I had on my arm for 2 broken bones and for the surgery recovery from reattaching my TFCC in my wrist. I wanted moist heat and this works great. It's easy to microwave, stays warm and easy to wash the outside cover, if needed. I actually bought a 2nd one because this worked so well and put that one on my lower back.

Really nice in shoulder and upper back area without the weight some have. Warms up fast

Really liked the size, but fabric melted when heated in microwave for 2 min. Made a mess on my kitchen counter. I have another one from different company that has been lasting for over 5 years...

It is easy to heat and clean. It is great for the purpose of warming an area before massage the area.

I expected this product to stay hot longer than most. It did not.Instead, I took a semi wet hand towel, wrapped it up and put it in a 1 gallon freezer bag and in the microwave for a minute to a minute to a minute and a half. It stayed hot for an hour.

I tried a couple other ones. They were too small and light. This one is larger, and heavier. Very good quality too.
