This peel and stick wallpaper was absolutely perfect for our library book cart makeover!!! We applied it to metal and it adhered perfectly, no problems whatsoever!- The wallpaper was exactly the dimensions that are stipulated on the listing page. Make sure you actually measure out your space before you order!!! It’s only your fault if you don’t plan properly and don’t order enough.- The wallpaper is BLACK AND WHITE. I know one reviewer mentioned something about it being brownish... I do NOT see it. It’s black and white. If you’re worried about it being brownish, make sure you’re ordering from the correct vendor first, maybe you’re receiving a used one if you’re getting it from the wrong vendor.- My husband said that installing this peel and stick wallpaper was very similar (in his opinion) to installing window tinting and he went about installing it in the same manner. He first cut the wallpaper to size using his measuring tape, a pen to mark off on the sticker side (they have paper with a grid covering the adhesive side that you will end up peeling off when ready), a sharp razor utility knife, and a scrap piece of wood to cut the wallpaper on. He used a soap and water mix to spray the metal surface we would be applying the wallpaper to, as well as spray onto the adhesive side of the wallpaper. Doing this bought us some time to make sure the wallpaper was properly placed on the book cart and allowed us to move it around before it adhered. Once it was place properly he used a new and very clean card to smooth out any bubbles or creases, and this also removed any access water and soap liquid (we uploaded a video of him doing this, so check that out!) and allowed the adhesive to completely come into contact with the metal surface. After this we were finished! And we just allowed it to dry in place and didn’t mess with it any further. Installing it from start to finish took less than 45 minutes for both sides, but we made sure to install it in a slow and steady manner for NO mistakes!!! I would recommend doing this for a flawless finish.It looks absolutely beautiful on both sides of our newly painted, crisp white book cart! I can’t wait to put all my books and a few plants on it! I like everything about this product. It was easy to install and looks really nice. MY BEST ADVICE: START FROM LEFT AND MOVE THAT WAY AROUND THE ROOM. Will make matching pattern so much easier. Even if you have to overlap, still turns out well. There are reviews about paint showing through. There is a bright periwinkle blue behind mine. Can’t see it at all. It really changed an extra bedroom into an inviting workout room.

This wallpaper has a dramatic impact on a space and I've gotten so many compliments on it I lost count. Once I was trying to sell a rug om Facebook Marketplace and someone messaged me asking about this wallpaper in the background of the shot. I will say that it's fairly transparent if you get up close and it wrinkles easily on the roll, so you should take some care in prepping your wall/handling the roll as you cut to length, but it's so easy to apply I managed to paper an entire wall all by myself. Absolutely recommend!

Beautiful

This is a version of a fancy English wallpaper, which retails for about 10x the amount of this. I read ALL the reviews, including the people who said, "easy, took 15 minutes." Hmmm--on what planet? Took about 15 minutes PER roll. The repeat is long, and so I went through many extra rolls, though by the end, I did learn to piece these. The real issue is the quality control: each roll did not necessarily line up as it should have (the printing on the roll itself was off), so matching the sides and splicing into a new role was really difficult. REALLY difficult. It is still not perfect. I watched a lot of YouTube videos about how to do this. I did use a pair of thick athletic socks to rub down the adhesive side with one hand as I pulled the paper off with the other hand. This worked well. The "paper" is thin: think thin Contact paper. All that said, it looks great: stunning, actually (until you get close enough to see where it doesn't quite match up and so on). My suggestion would be to BEGIN on the side you see the MOST. I dropped a plumb line, used a level, but on a 12 foot long wall, by the time I reached the edge of the most seen side, the paper was more wonky than on the starting wall. So--start on the wall that will be seen the most. It was a PAIN--but every time I walk in my room, I am glad I did it. (Given the issue with the long repeat and the drops, I used around 11 rolls for my wall.)

A bit complicated to put up. It tears after repeated replacement so place with care. Expect bubbles. Expect pattern to not line up all the way. Expect to fight with their person you’re working on the project with. But most importantly, expect it to look absolutely stunning in the end. Even with all of the minor little areas the overall wall is gorgeous! Every happy about the purchase!

I decided to order this for one of our mountain cabin bedrooms, to give what was once a dark, sad room some personality. I read the reviews about the thinness of the paper and easy tearing, mismatched pattern. I had ZERO issues with this paper. Yes, it’s thinner than what I’ve previously used but it didn’t tear and I found the pattern to be one of the easiest I’ve used. The paper even has measurements on the backside. I probably completed this wall in an hour or so. I’d buy it again.

I used this wallpaper for the inside of an old gun cabinet that I repurposed. It’s not as thick as other brands I’ve worked with and that makes it harder to control, but it did the job. I love the pattern and it complements the black paint I used. I would definitely suggest 2 people for a big job.
