STOTT PILATES Toning Ball Power Pack

The order was right, the balls were different sizes but NOT different weight...maybe just a manufacturing issue?

This Toning Ball Power Pack was a great buy. The balls fit nicely in my hands for the workout, and the DVD is just the gently stretch I need after days of heaver workouts. I've also recommended them to my sister who is recovering from illness and is trying to get her strength back. The Pilates workout is gentle enough for everyone, especially for someone who is working out for the first time (like my 79 year old mother) or just wants something a bit different to add to their at home workout sessions.

I really like this dvd, it was a good workout that can be modified to different fitness levels with different weights. The balls are a nice quality overall but have to give this only 3 stars b/c one of the balls arrived damaged

This was a good purchase to go along with the STOTT PILATES Ring I had already purchased. Using the balls alone is not a good enough workout, you need to supplement with something else to feel you are getting a really good workout.

I take Pilates and this was a wonderful addition - I love the toning balls - much easier for me to use than weights.

I got this set of toning balls on the advice of my physiotherapist. The balls are durable and easy to clean. Haven't tried the DVD yet but I'm sure its good.
