I got the 18 inch brown to golden I was so pleasantly surprised with this because of some of the negative reviews it had.. but definitely glad I got it. My favorite part is how well it fit. The sides do not stick out over your ears; it lays flat and smooth. The wire part is effortless, doesn't show, and holds so well I didn't have to worry about the clips really, and I could mess with it without worrying about it falling out, but I didn't get a headache from it either. I don't have a ton of hair but i just made sure to leave an ample section on top to cover with and it was pretty much perfect by like the second time I put it on. The hair came well packaged, super soft, only a little bit tangly, didn't have any bad smells. I got the perfect color too— it matches my hair color amazingly. I wore it once and then tried rinsing it with conditioner and combing it just to see what it would do and it didn’t change, just smells nice In the pictures you can see where my hair stops and the extensions go past, but I think I still got the best length because my hair could grow, or I could trim the extensions (I won't tho because I don't want to mess it up) Totally recommend to anyone wanting a boost of length or thickness as long as you get the right length and color :)

I love that these extensions look so real but it is way to long for me. I also had to sew each one of the clips to secure them as the first time I put it in, every one of the clips came loose. The thread was barely holding them in. I also used the wire the came with it to make it smaller. It took me a little time to figure out how to use the clips but once I did, it was easy. I have very short hair right now so will have to play around with it to see how it will look the best. I would recommend it as it is very pretty.

TLDR; Not bad quality overall and quite secure, but the volume is severely lacking and if you have thick hair, you'll either need 2 or to supplement somehow so it blends well. I have short (between jawline and shoulder length) dark-cherry colored hair. My hair is both thick in volume and strand. It does have some color damage to it as I have bleached and dyed it multiple times, but it isn't in overall horrible shape. Quality: The hair isn't bad quality, but it is quite fine. It certainly feels synthetic but is better than cheap cosplay-style wigs. If I were using this specifically for a costume or cosplay, I don't think I'd mind it as much. It was easy enough to detangle. The shedding was minimal and overall, I'm happy with the quality. Volume: This is where the bulk of the star rating loss comes from for me. For thicker hair, you would need to supplement with either a 2nd wire or another form of extension if you planned to wear it down. It does not blend well if you don't have thin hair, especially if you have thick strands and more volume. I think that if I were to straighten it all and then curl it together for more cohesion it would look better. As someone with natural 2A/2B waves, I try to avoid doing too much heat damage though so this was a con for me. Color: The color match was almost perfect. My hair is currently dyed with a blend of Strawberry Leopard's Lucky Penny (to color correct what was previously blue) and Strawberry Leopard's Beet's Me on top. It is technically "burgundy", but my hair is more vividly dark cherry than a true burgundy. The color match was great. I don't know that I would call it seamless, but it certainly could be passable without being obvious were it not for the volume issue. Security: The wire bead slips but the clips are sewn in well and do add a layer of strength and security to it that prevents it from moving much. I was able to manipulate the hair into different types of updo's without the placement moving which is quite promising.

As anyone with natural red hair knows, finding extensions that actually match — rather than skewing too orange, too purple, or too obviously synthetic — is notoriously difficult. This one nails the medium copper red range with real natural-looking color variation rather than a single flat tone. Application could not be easier: I sectioned off the back half of my hair, popped the wire halo on like a headband, released my hair back over it, and that was it — no clipping into multiple sections, no styling required, no blending needed. The whole process took about 30 seconds, and the photo I took immediately after installing it shows just how seamless the match is right out of the gate. Even though this is synthetic hair rather than human hair, the wavy/ curly texture reads as natural rather than "extension-y" or overly shiny/ plastic-looking, which is honestly impressive for a synthetic piece at this price point. If you'd like to minimize the shine, a light mist with dry shampoo spray does the trick. The invisible wire construction lives up to its name — it genuinely disappears into the hair rather than creating a visible line or bump, which is the main failure point with lower-quality halo extensions. My husband didn't notice I was wearing it until I pointed it out an hour later — about as strong a real-world color-match test as you can get. At 14 inches, this is a nice length for adding volume and length without looking too obviously "extra," and the adjustable transparent headband component makes it comfortable and secure without digging in or slipping throughout the day. Given how consistently hard red-hair color matching is, and how affordable this is compared to human-hair halo extensions, this is an excellent value for natural redheads specifically.

I've tried so many different hair extensions and wigs and wasn't pleased with any, they just didn't look natural. But with this one.! I'm very impressed. I got the perfect shade that flows in with my hair looking natural. The extension itself looks good. I would definitely recommend. Only downside I have is I ordered too long (my fault) Will definitely be purchasing again. ❤️

The color was a perfect match! It was so soft and easy to use. No one could tell it was fake. I used it for a wedding and I’m so pleased.

It's wonderful ... for about a month. In the beginning the color is great and it matches very well. But after 2 weeks of wear, the ends definitely start to show their cheapness. The feel starts to be very plastic and course. And there's no styling with heat. So overall, in the beginning this was great. And I know for the price you can't expect much. I just expected it to last a little longer and not become so visibly apparent that it's fake after so short a time.

Great product! Matched my hair perfectly and sat for a full day of wedding activities! Would have been 5/5 but they tangle pretty easy. The instructions did tell how to detangle them with spray and it worked really well. They weren’t heavy and fit comfortably. I love that it came with the comb and extra clips and wires. That was EXTREMELY helpful as I accidentally cut the wire instead of a hair tie. I would totally buy these again.

I bought this for adding thickness to my hair, and it works well for that. My hair is dyed a burgundy red and it's a great match. My own hair is about 4 inches shorter than the extension but it blends well when curled. The extension is thick and soft, and the halo sits comfortably in my head. I only use it for nights out or photoshoots but I don't think it wouldn't hold up to everyday wear as in full sun light it does look a little bit too shiny to be real. It also gets knotty and tangled, but is ideal for adding thickness to long fine hair.

the extension i got had no clips

Super thick and pretty curl! This Halo survive through a music festival, a three day sporting event, and a wedding. For the price it’s definitely worth it! My only complaint would be that you can’t tighten it, and it is quite large, but I have a big head so it worked out for me. This is definitely not an every day hair extension, but would recommend if you need extra volume or length for an event!
