The windows store was defective so we couldn't get anymore ...
The windows store was defective so we couldn't get anymore apps, which is the purpose of our child to have this one. His school has multiple free apps that we can download but this software issue didn't allow for it.

Don't do it!!!
This laptop is awful. If I could give it 0 to negative stars I would. I bought as an gift for my daughter. We took it out of the box and it took 5+ hours for the computer to boot up, install updates, and upgrade to Windows 10. THEN, the keyboard didn't work. Contacted support who instructed me to attempt a hard reset, which resulted in some error code. I was then told to contact Microsoft, which I did. Microsoft said there is nothing they could do because the computer does not have a disk drive and that I needed to contact the manufacturer. I contacted Kurio support again and they said they would send RMA to replace it. I am DONE with this laptop. I step almost an entire day dealing with it. The thought of possibly having to do that again is horrible. I am returning it. I had read some similar reviews, and thought it can't be that bad. OH YES IT IS. I am DONE.
