Needs better instructions
It has very poor instructions. The machine works well when you can get it going. A video or something that tells about set up and wait time would be really helpful.An update: The machine works very well once you figure out how to use it. The material for the wrap is very strong.

Received a defective item
This machine came to USA all the way for being defective and not working. Returned and was dealing with the seller for a month to get my refund and at the end seller send me a nasty email and insulted me, I guess he wasn’t happy for refunding me.
